if that were true, which it's not according to Mules, then Trump didn't really want Mules fired because he didn't find someone else to fire him nor did he fire McGahn the next day for disobeying an order. Both of the facts say you that it was BS he actually wanted Mules fired. Mules also said trump cooperated and at no time told witness's to lie, didn't turn over documents nor refused to let anyone testify by invoking executive privilege.

1 - On what date did McGahn give Trump advice that Trump shouldn't go through McGahn to get to Rosenstein and that the conflicts are not legitimate?

2 - On what date did Trump direct that McGahn have Mueller removed?

Only, and only if there is a reason to believe that tape would be identified as evidence by police/law enforcement, etc. And only if you can assert that the person didn't want the police to see it. Otherwise, let's take Charlottesville as an excellent example. You wanna know just how many people unfortunately had cell phone footage of Heather Heyer's tragic death? One tape is enough, law enforcement isn't going to legally target multiple copies of the same tape.
