As for Greece being a failed state, you can blame Merkel for that. When Iceland went bankrupt after the housing bubble it took them only two years to recover and they jailed the bankers. But they had the support of the Scandinavian countries. When Greece asked to leave the Euro so it could drop its currency and recover, Merkel said that if it did Greece would not be able to return.

When the head of the IMF Strauss Kahn was ready to fly to Greece to help them out, he was set up in New York City and falsely accused of sexual misconduct so he couldn't go.

In the meantime the TV journalists in Greece were given a free trip to Washington so they could attend a seminar on how to convince the Greek people that the debt was sustainable when it was not sustainable so the banks could be saved.

When Tsipras became president and the Economic Minister Prof. Veroufakis made suggestions on how to raise Greece's economy, he was laughed at by Jeroen Dijsselbloem and told that he knows that. In other words they only cared about the banks, and couldn't care if Greece recovered or not.

In the meantime ten's of thousands of the most vulnerable people in Greece died because of Merkle's 'austerity', while most of the Greek millionaires and billionaires who were responsible for the situation suffered nothing at all.

You are correct about the vulnerability of America's southern border. Africans are the least of it. Foreign agents from China, North Korea, or any number of terrorist organizations could potentially bribe their way through corrupt Mexican law enforcement and political systems to enter the United States undetected. It could have happened already. The fact that no attack has happened yet does not mean it never will.

That is the primary reason I support making the border more secure.

First, when exactly was this video recorded and what was the event? I for one think this would be important to know.
Second, you cannot see the person speaking, so we have to assume it's Lübcke, the guy who was shot in his house a few days ago.
Third, we doesn't say "leave the country if unhappy with Merkel."

I personally don't find his comment particuliar intelligent and one could interpret this as "leave if you're unhappy with Merkel", but it's not what he says and in this day and age we should definitely listen and watch carefully and pay attention to details. There are way too many people out there who very happily distort facts and simplify contexts to feed their version of "the truth."
