I am advocating the usage of the Bank of Canada that is owned by all Canadians to finance giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven million Canadians.

It will of course mean much more to poorer Canadians than to millionaires........
but it could be surprising how many stay at home wives with cheap and stingy millionaire husbands who control the purse strings of the home may find this extra five hundred very helpful indeed.

I suspect that well over eighty percent of of Canadians will spend this money reasonably well and:
    1. enrol their kids in more after school programs.....
    2. begin to purchase a higher percentage of organic produce vs the cheap GMO stuff
    3. purchase a newer car, SUV or half ton truck
    4. do renovations to their homes
    5. hire landscapers to do certain projects on their properties
    6. pay down their debt loads, especially the higher interest ones
    7. buy a new home rather than renting
    8. buy a cottage outside the city so that they can get away for weekends
    9. many will choose to move to rural Canada in order to escape relatively hectic city life
    10. eat at nice restaurants more often

I suspect that less than ten percent of Canadians will attempt to live off this five hundred dollars / month and simply use it to drink or smoke more.
To whatever degree this happens the worst cases where these Canadians put themselves and others in danger this can be dealt with by issuing food stamps vs a monthly check.

I have listened to an audio video over and over again that explains what President Obama did from 2009 - 2014 and I came up with this idea because it is close to being the OPPOSITE to what President Obama did. He gave billions to the top one percent of the top one percent of the INVESTOR CLASS of Americans........ .and if he was expecting a trickle down effect to create jobs..... that certainly DID NOT happen!

Technically I am also advocating a variation of Quantitative Easing but......
my plan of sending it to ALL CANADIAN CITIZENS vs sending it pretty much all to INVESTORS.... makes my plan uniquely different.

Also..... I do have to admit that if Canada's government decided to do one year at two hundred and fifty per month per citizen or legal resident...... this might be a good way to test my program to see how it work and give companies an opportunities to better plan for the shift in the Canadian economy.

I suspect that this plan will be emulated in the USA shortly after its success in Canada becomes obvious to the majority of us.

One of the surprises that I personally believe will be found out even during the one year trial period
at only fifty percent of what I am suggesting will be that a shocking percentage of Canadian women will
choose to keep their babies.......... as opposed to having an abortion.

The Tate Plan for a Basic Minimum Income for all Canadians.

This idea has came to me because of an article by three economists:

The Bank of Canada Must Finance our Country, Debt-Free
on Wednesday, 01 March 1995. Posted in In This Age of Plenty (book)

For example.... if the Bank of Canada charges Canada's federal government one percent interest on the loan to finance this entire proposal...... .as the federal government repays the loan..... .the Bank of Canada will put the repayments into the treasury much like when a Canadian citizen pays income tax. The net cost to Canadian taxpayers would close to zero.... .if we will use the same system that we did from 1939 - 1974.......

    continued.....

So far... the other poll that I have going on this shows how misinformed the majority of us are regarding central banking policies:
(or at least that is my opinion based on researching this quite a bit beginning back in 1994)?!

The Tate Plan for a Basic Minimum Income for all Canadians.

Can a Basic Minimum Income be financed by PRODUCTIVITY?

If we sit down and do the math, the amount you are proposing is tipping on the very edge of what Canada can afford.

It could theoretically be done, but would be a big strain to the overall budget.

Also you're going to have a big problem with migrants if you blatantly dangle out money like that.
All the poorest people from other parts of the world will be likely to swarm into Canada, so you need to think about how you'd deal with that.
(If that continued, pretty soon you wouldn't be able to keep affording the policy, so you better plan that all out at the outset)

Good points...... but here is what I believe is the priority for us Canadians.........

The USA has been paying the LIONS'S share of policing the world so we CANNOT
permit the USA petroDollar to go Peso / go south / be devalued by Russia, China, George Soros, Iran and their buddies!

(Warning this is in the Creative Corner forum where I am even more strange than I tend to be in other forums):
    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...theory-of-m-w-p.548225/page-3#post-1070251613

For the record... this message was sent out through Facebook to many President Trump support groups so high level people in the CIA - NSA have already read this theory months ago.

We Canadians are in a unique position by virtue of our geography to rally Australia, Israel and even Great Britain to the side of the USA petroDollar to make sure that the Mark Taylor prediction that she would be the strongest ever...... comes to pass!

Should Sorek 2 be in Australia or California?

DO yourself a favor and dont open this can of worms, it cant be closed back up. Is that $500 tied to cost of living? what if cost of living drops?

Long story short, give aways like this only grow and eventually they get so large that all other govt functions come second to paying a massive give away every month.

It is entirely UNCONDITIONAL and only tied to Canadian citizenship and / or residency.

If you read some of my previous campaigns you will soon know how and why I arrived at the conclusion that this could be done.

My long term goal is to turn my nation into a nation of INVESTORS. Many will choose to invest in their and properties......... so that when they retire they can travel. Many others will begin to dabble in the markets.

I am hoping that some Canadians will begin to produce films, articles and books related to news, documentary, reality and even semi-reality science fiction ideas.

My 2006, 2008, 2016 and 2004 campaign writings as ART.

Yes.... when I have an especially strange idea in mind I deliberately put it in the Creative Corner forum so that Artistic Lisence is added to the already high level of freedom of speech and thought that I am allowed here on politicalforum .com/.

This seems like a good time to add a few more paragraphs from my three favourite economists.

This correspondence on this topic is profoundly encouraging to me and fits with an excellent video on the topic of a New Brunswick provincial bank:

Keith Helmuth - Public Banking: The Bank of New Brunswick (Economy)

and I feel I should leave you with the final paragraphs from that article by those three courageous economists.

    Stephen Chafe IndependentsCoalition .....
I so thank you for your exceptionally insightful comments Stephen Chafe IndependentsCoalition!

Those of us who know how serious the situation that we are really in are scratching our heads and wondering what options are really available. I was pretty shocked by the information in the following interview:

    FORGET IRAN, IRAQ, UKRAINE
    THIS IS WHERE WWIII STARTS...

4.3 Trillion dollars in the hands of Russia, China, Iran, George Soros and others who have publicly expressed their desire to devalue the USA petrodollar.

Thirty five trillion dollars worth of oil and natural gas reserves in the warming Arctic that gives Russia, China and others an incentive to risk those four point three trillion in cash that they have.

Two hundred and ten trillion dollars in the USA Derivatives market. (Forbes 2017)

Seven hundred and ten trillion in the worldwide Derivatives Market. (Jim Rickards 2014 interview linked above).

We are forced to think big regarding how to respond to the full situation that the world economy is facing because all Canadians will be affected by what happens with the USA and world economy over the coming months and years.

I got back an exceptionally insightful comment that I have to admit could have a somewhat similar effect on the economy:

    Liz Moorhouse

Actually that is a brilliant option that would achieve a very similar effect. May I quote you on that into the discussion that I have going on this? If so.. .how would you like to be quoted? Your full name... .your initials .. .or Anonymous?

I like my variation because the existing social safety net penalizes sincere attempts by those who rely on welfare to break out of the system..... .but your idea is an exceptionally good way to accomplish something at least somewhat along the same line.

    Liz Moorhouse
Liz Moorhouse Excellent.. thank you....... I am the same way... I use my own name all over the internet!

I sent this proposal off to several offices of the People's Party of Canada and I got back a
    truly useful and intelligent response:

This is in fact another way to accomplish essentially the same thing for the majority of Canadians:

But..... the numbers are something of a myth...... and not a true myth..... a false one!

We Canadians CANNOT AFFORD TO allow the USA petrodollar to implode........ and Quantitative Easing as done by President Obama and his team from 2009 - 2014 DID NOT ACCOMPLISH what they were hoping that it would. Here is a forty six minute interview by CIA economist Jim Rickards that is the best explanation for what has gone wrong that I have seen or read so far:

    FORGET IRAN, IRAQ, UKRAINE
    THIS IS WHERE WWIII STARTS...

Here is a high school level explanation for how simple this whole thing really is:

    https://www.michaeljournal.org/articles/social-credit/item/the-public-debt-problem

Basically ...from 1939 - 1974 we Canadians had a truly quite brilliant central banking system that had our economy booming but of course............... somebody who I suspect was influenced by the ideas of Thomas Malthus convinced then Prime Minister Pierre E. Trudeau to abandon our excellent system.

    https://www.michaeljournal.org/arti...ce-our-country-debt-free-say-three-economists

Since 1974 we Canadians have been creating ourselves more debt plus compound interest....... than actual money in our system........
this is causing our national debt to spiral out of control.

I am advocating using the Bank of Canada to annually put about eighteen billion dollars into our economy virtually free of cost to Canadian taxpayers so that we Canadians can begin to be set up to become a nation of investors.......
capable of saving the USA petrodollar when the almost inevitable attack comes on it by Russia, China, Iran, George Soros and other players who feel that the only way to knock the USA out of its position of number one undisputed military superpower is......... to attack and devalue the USA petrodollar.

For example.... if it averages out that twenty percent of Canadians use their extra five hundred dollars per month to pay down their relatively higher interest credit card debt........
no sensible economist would consider this portion of the new spending to be inflationary!

Ignorance shown in my 2008 campaign, my apology to Ms. Elizabeth May!

    Dennis Tate
    Central - Nova, N. S., Canada
    June 4, 2019

National Leader of the People's Party of Canada Mr. Maxime Bernier:
National Leader of Canada's Green Party Ms. Elizabeth May:
Member of Parliament for Central - Nova Mr. Sean Fraser:

    Honorable Minister Mr. Bernier:
    Honorable Minister Ms. May:
    Honorable Minister Mr. Fraser:

I would like to think that all four of us might well tend to agree that
my proposal of giving five hundred dollars per month to all thirty seven
point six million Canadians is an option worthy of serious consideration
    at this crucial time?

Ms. May, I know that you have an excellent understanding
of historical Canadian monetary policy from one of the interviews that I saw you in on
youtube and I will be posting a link to that video at the end of this message.

Mr. Fraser, your boss Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has gotten himself into a huge amount of political trouble and his
controversial political gambits since 2015 have the province of Alberta closer to full scale separation from
Canada than at any time in my sixty years that I can remember. My proposal may well be one of the only
possible ways for him to largely redeem himself and his administration before this next federal election begins.

I personally am seeking the nomination to represent the PPC here in Central - Nova and I consider that
diplomacy and working with other political parties is an important part of the role that a Member of Parliament
must play so............ I would greatly appreciate it if all three of you would talk to each other regarding my
proposal because I think that this policy should be debated in parliament over the coming weeks even before this next federal
    level campaign begins.

Mr. Bernier, your existing policy regarding making Canadians wealthier is brilliant but I can't resist putting forward
a proposal that could begin a gambit that could potentially turn Canada into a nation of investors capable of
keeping the USA petrodollar stable and strong as some courageous visionaries have suggested would occur
in spite of how scary the situation and the numbers did look to CIA economist Mr. Jim Rickards in the forty six
minute interview that I give the link to below.

Thank you all for considering my opinion on this somewhat controversial topic.

The idea of pro-birth inherent in the income is super.

kazenatu above has some good points. A much stronger immigration and fraud program will be necessary.

Yes.......... before this upcoming federal election campaign begins P. M. Justin Trudeau......
in spite of all of his many, many, many flaws..... could well set in motion a policy that could inspire
thousands, even tens of thousands of Canadian women to feel free to CHOOSE to keep their babies......
as opposed to choosing to have an abortion.....
due to a general increase in OPTIMISM in the Canadian economic condition???????

And yes...... this will cause so many people to want to come to Canada that we will have to embrace somewhat more strict immigration policies.

I am curious what the results of this poll will be after three months?

Mine is the only answer to the poll so far and I suspect that a significant percentage of posters here on the forum will think that I am too optimistic but.;.........

But.... is this not likely one of the most practical ways to begin to address the
possibility of a ONE HUNDRED TRILLION DOLLAR MELTDOWN IN THE WORLD'S
seven hundred and ten trillion dollar DERIVATIVES market?

Is not the ultimate enemy not PESSIMISM... and would not an
unconditional Basic Minimum Income financed at essentially ZERO
cost to taxpayers........ in a way that will begin to put Canada into the black by
balancing our budget and eventually paying off our national debt that is a
deliberate policy that was decided on back in 1974 by then P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau who was clearly too influenced by advisors who were either full fledged Malthusian..... or at least Neo- Malthusian?

Responding to a BEAR market vs a Bull market?

    P. M. Netanyahu, President Trump has a 4.3 trillion dollar problem....

You need to study this article in order to have a better understanding of what I am talking about.... because my proposal can begin the balancing of the budget here in Canada and actually begin to pay off our national debt..... which would set a positive precedent for the USA as well.

HOW PIERRE TRUDEAU TURNED US INTO DEBT SLAVES

So my proposal to borrow eighteen or nineteen billion dollars Canadian annually THROUGH THE BANK OF CANADA exactly as was done from 1938 to 1974, would actually soon result in eighteen or nineteen billion dollars in tax revenue for all levels of government in Canada because as that money turned over and turned over...... all levels of government would have themselves a TAXATION CASH COW!

I would like to add a ONE HUNDRED BILLION DOLLAR LOAN and make it 119 billion total... .and repay the province of Alberta one hundred billion dollars toward the SIX HUNDRED AND ELEVEN BILLION DOLLARS in transfer payments that they made to other provinces...... much of which was made necessary by a seemingly somewhat deliberate error by then Prime Minister Pierre E. Trudeau back in 1974.

The national debt of Canada and our federal deficit is a policy... .that was deliberately decided on .. .to make our situation look worse than it needed to look. One of the possible reasons why the P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau may have done this could have been fear of an N.D.P. Prime Minister being elected and doing what he considered might be too much spending by government?????

Jack Mintz: Canadians have taken Alberta for granted. That’s dangerous for us all

No. It's only a practical way to put more people on the govt tit.

"Government" is a word that is subject to definition.....and it could be argued that all companies and businesses have some sort of governmental structure.

I am thinking that documentary, reality, news and even semi-reality science fiction film companies could become
a driving force in the type of economy that could avoid what sure looks to me like a formula for a BEAR MARKET.... another 1929???
