No... Most blacks in South Africa aren't indigenous South Africans but were immigrants from other parts of Africa. Apartheid in South Africa just wasn't about black Africans but also "dot" Indians, Asians and other non caucasians immigrants.
I would prefer my Nokia 8 to have been made in Finland. I suppose all Smartphones are China made, hence why they're crap and don't last long. I have a Nokia E71 and a E72. Had them since new, about 10 years old. The batteries last week's and their build quality outshines today's crap. They still work but I need e-mail and as Nokia don't do software updates, they no longer connect to the internet. This short life stuff from China is a main factor to landfill rub ish, so there's environmental issues. Anyone supporting climate change and junk from China haven't a clue what they're on about.

If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? I was born in the late 60's. The China junk of today is short shelf life and poor quality. If you are of an age where most stock was made in your own country, you will know the difference.
So, you don't think the sanctions and tariffs the Trump Admin is imposing around the world are "conflict." There are commentators who would consider this a form of economic warfare which is bringing us exponentially closer to the real thing. Include in that the normalization of neo-conservative and neo-liberal policies which serve only the corporate state and have nothing to do with the interests of the American citizen and you have the march towards fascism - including the election of dangerous demagogues into high office.

i dont know about russian, lol but have you talk to alot chinese or did research on this. most chinese are fine with what it is right now, sure they want more $$$, better environment, better education etc. most are satisfy with economic progress.

I remember when Germany designed and made a train. The Chinese bought one stating if it ran well, they would be looking to buy many more. They stripped it down, copied it and made their own trains. Never have and would never buy/own an iPhone. If we're stuck with Junk From China (JFC), I'm ain't daft enough to pay Apple prices.
