You’ve said nothing to dispute that the constitution does not protect firearms.

Following such an interpretation of the united states constitution, the first amendment allows an individual to have their own opinion, but not any way of physically expressing and conveying that opinion to others. Meaning one can speak their idea freely when addressing others, but government can prevent that same idea from being produced in a physical media, and even prosecute someone for attempting to physically convey an opinion to others.

No the constitution protects the preexisting right of Americans to own guns so that they can defend themselves against crime and tyranny. Gun control is tyranny.

Now you will receive a reply claiming firearms, are not arms.

    The OP is very predictable.

Yes all Americans. It is in the best interest of every American to uphold the second ammendment fully.
It is also in the best interest of every American to uphold the rule of law.
80% of violent gun crimes are gang related.
The fact that these gang members aren't permanently is a crime against every American. Compounded only by the fact that our prisons are essentially playgrounds for gangs.
Here in Colorado we have supermax prisons that are nothing more than business offices for the worst criminal organizations in the country.
If we dealt with the drug/gang problems in this country gun violence wouldn't even be an issue.
We need more and bigger prisons and for the prison experience to be unpalatable enough to act as a deterrent against crime.

Whether they be skinheads, crips, bloods or Ms 13 or some asian gang American communities need to be much harsher on them so that thoes communities can be free of their influence and begin to thrive.

Prisons need to be dark, dank, and as unpleasant as possible.

Incarceration is ALL that needs to be done.

These areas are consolidated in inner cities with poor employment opportunities. They aren’t country wide or even state wide. Even some of the worse cities, are found in states with overall, are much safer from gun crimes with stronger gun laws. It’s all economics specific. You’ve proved nothing.

I’ll say this really slow for you. They are conflating two ideas because gunaholics worship guns. How does that protect firearms ? The constitution does not protect firearms.

I proved everything. Being poor is not an exuse for bad behavior.

It's immoral to punish good people for what bad people do.
As i stated before 80% of gun violence is gang related and guns used in gang crimes are almost never legally purchased. Therefore no gun control laws are going to stop criminals from getting and using guns.
Furthermore most of the proposals for more gun regulations are geared towards rifles which are almost never used in crimes.
More people are murdered by hammers than by all rifles, fewer still by so called assault rifles.

An assault weapons ban in Chicago doesn't make a single person safer. Criminals in Chicago use handguns.

Every argument for gun control is a red herring.

It protects people from an over reaching government by ensuring that the right of the people to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed. Yes the founding fathers expected the people of the United States to be so well armed that they could if need be take on and defeat the American Armed Forces.
    All gun laws are unconstitutional.

They don't register as communist. But their policies speak for them. Their policies are all based on taking from the rich , competent and successful and giving it to people who don't deserve it.

So you’re campaigning for the rich because they don’t have enough money and the poor are hoarding theirs ?
So, the poor are really rich communists ?

Who protects you from the American armed forces with drones and nukes. You’re absolutely delusional. The founding fathers with flintlocks and pikes ?

No i don't know where you came up with that idea. I am saying the rich, the competent and the successful deserve what they earned.
Being poor is not a virtue being poor doesnt mean you deserve other peoples stuff.
I am very close to being poor myself. I am not entitled to anyone elses money.
Andvthe government isn't entitled to tske their money and redistribute it to the poor.

Democrats arevall about fueling envy for votes.
