And you hate guns more than you love kids.

This is the same tired BS talking point gun banners have been pushing for years. When Georgia became the first state to go from may issue to shall issue, Libs cried that blood would run in the streets, people would have gunfights over parking spots, and then the usual insults about manhood and wild west fantasies. Yet, none of it happened and as a group, concealed carry holders are even more law abiding than the police. Making the same lame talking points just means the gun banners have nothing else.

Simple. I'd expect them NOT to have a gun.

So...I guess you and your trusty Ken (or is it Barbie) will not be on guard at the local School tomorrow?

The coward refused to even try to do the job he was hired for. Unless the teachers signed a contract requiring them to respond, they don't have to. Just like they don't have to carry a gun if they don't want to.

I started training about the same age. So did my kids. I don't see a problem.

It's their lynch pin, without it they have nothing to be outraged about.

Where did you get that 'new number' from?. (Not that I am surprised......y'all need MORE guns, don't you. Three million is by far not enough to stop the deaths and massacres. That is obvious, you know.) And..best thing is.....600 million will stop the US Military in its tracks.....tank tracks that is...how many SAMS are included in that 600 million. You do know yer gonna have to stop air attacks with your pop guns. How's yer rader capacity? Etc etc etc. What sort of civillian Navy you got. How many artillery pieces you got? Yer fuqqed.

My kids are graduated and grown, have families of their own. Arming the teachers in Texas is proving to be a great idea. Texans are on point.

Why didn't you answer my question? At what level would the teachers have to perform at in order to avoid a lawsuit? Serious question.

None of which I claimed is my position. Many other things come into play when trying to get a America's military to attack it's own citizen's like compliance issues, not only on the enlisted men's level, but entire divisions commanded by officers who would defy orders to attack US civilians. And how many of those Divisions would actually turn on the elements issuing those commands? Many factors would influence the outcome of such a war, but the rifle is key.

In Europe you would be deprived of custody ... even in pure and actual shooting sports, you can hnatieren from 12 years under the supervision of a specially trained, tested and thus qualified adult shooting instructor with an air rifle / air gun and shoot on designated shooting. With Klienkaliberwaffen that applies only from 14 ... and for everything else only from 18 ... where shooting sports with more than small larvae anyway does not exist and is considered only pseudo sports!

I know ... you do not have to write what you think about Europeans, etc. ... I can imagine it so well. However, you can certainly imagine vice versa, what the Europeans think about your Gun Handling etc.
I do not really care ... but I find it ridiculous that you can buy any legal gun in the US at 18 without any problems ... but you can not legally drink alcohol in a bar under age 21!

So a misplaced apostrophe is note worthy? I make numerous grammatical errors on this forum daily, especially just after coffee. Have fun. ;)

Easy......Don't take you gun to School Teach, don't take your gun to School, and your question becomes irrelvant. Don't expect Teachers to take their guns to School either. STOP THE GUNS.

Well...near as I can tell.......the Military are obliged to obey the CIC.....yes? They did swear some oath did they not? Have you now changed position? Are you now saying that it will not be your 300/600 million guns which will stop a tyrant...instead it will be the US Military? Have you thought that right through Texas?

Allow the teachers that want to take their guns to school to do so. Stop the bad guys.

I was in the infantry back in the 80's, and would not have obeyed such an order. I'm certain that, while everyone is built differently, most of the guys that were in the infantry were generally the same as me. Different colors and accents, but the same as me. The oath we swore is not to obey the Military without question, but to protect America from enemies within and without. If the Government and/or Military ever issued such an order, they would then at that moment be considered an enemy within.

Unless they are contractually obligated to provide an armed response then what would you charge them with?

No charge. But some Lawyer would find a way..especially in the USA.....to sue them civilly.
