As I understand it, private donations were made to double the amount of fireworks.

 

I am seeing reports that the EU has called for an emergency meeting, Putins plane was turned around in Russia, etc.

No idea if its a terrorist issue or what.

Currently Air Force One (without Trump on board) is escorting AF2 with Pence aboard.

 

Why do you have to kiss up to brutal dictator’s? Putin and Jung un have trump right where they want him. Being strong does not mean kissing up. If you notice we have not had a war with Russia or China or North Korea. But since Trump has been flattered by North Korea they have been playing around more with nukes

 

You just feed into the megalomaniac. I bet you if anyone else had an inauguration that cost the taxpayers so many millions of dollars you would be really upset. But it would be typical of Reiles to donate money so we could have Trump day and feed his narcissism rather than donate money to needy causes

I bet you were really believe it that North Korea will get rid of its nukes. Remember they just said that recently after trump confessed his love for the brutal dictator while they were still making and testing nukes.....He could say anything in his base believes it. I just laugh because people here went into a tizzy because Obama actually bowed to somebody out of courtesy but it’s OK that Trump kisses the asses of the most brutal dictators in the world and mocks his own country. It’s actually pathetic

Under previous administrations, North Korea completed its nuclear program, something President Clinton's 'negotiations' were supposed to stop and something President Obama's (and others) sanctions were supposed to prevent. NK did its first nuclear test in 2006, the sixth year of the Obama Administration. Missiles that can carry nuclear war heads were whizzing over South Korea and Japan. Everybody in the area was afraid.

President Trump took a different tack without relaxing a single restriction/sanction on North Korea and the missiles are no longer flying over South Korea and Japan et al, and Kim is at least talking about ending his nuclear ambitions.

You see that as worse? Seriously?

Probably. Here in New Mexico a lot of good citizens did pony up the cash and built a section of wall themselves.

 

Incorrect...Kim had nuclear weapons long before Trump came in.....as has been pointed out...Obama was the one most responsible for N.Koreas acquisition of a nuclear capability.

You simply have no appreciation of or understanding of diplomacy.

 

That remains to be seen..to sit back and do nothing like previous presidents which allowed the situation or problem with the hermit kingdom to get worse and worse...was the height of stupidity.

As Trump said...talking is better than fighting...I would like to see some of these liberals who want a Trump failure in regards to his efforts to get a deal with N. Korea explain to this board what they think should be done regarding that huge, yes I say huge problem....that should be hillarious.

ISIS has made some very serious threats about the 4th.

 

They didn't do "nothing". They imposed sanctions and enlisted China's assistance to contain North Korea.
