Yes...could have been deleted ...I had one deleted they said because I said there was no truth in someone.

I think they mixed me up with another post who made several posts about there being no truth in me.

I'm someone who lives part of the year outside the country, and I travel extensively, mostly but not exclusively to Europe. Trump is damaging our credibility and with that damage there are real costs to our economy and military defense. He needs to go.

 

I hear Canada is nice. Thats where the loyalists went after the Revolutionary war.

 

I think that's an exaggeration. Trump is clearly an idiot that has allowed the reality of your right wing folk to run amok. However, how is he any worse than the previous war mongerers?

 

So far, it seems to be working so why do you care? I remember when he first raised his voice to NK and you guys were screaming "Hes gonna get us in a war!" Remember the pics of missiles being shot off from NK? Now that Kim has been 'humanized' by meeting with Trump, he's less scary than he was. Still an evil dictator, but now he has bright light shining on him... and President Trump is holding the flashlight. Shame on you lefties for refusing to give him credit for such a stunning achievement.

 

History will report the successes of Donald Trump, but I truly do not expect foaming-at-the-mouth Trump haters to EVER admit they were wrong.

The Fourth of July belongs to all Americans and Trump is making it into a partisan thing with reserve seats for his cronies to feed his narcissism . How you can’t see this is just to feed his megalomania is beyond me. Who does this? His idols like Putin and Jung un.We are going to waste millions and millions of dollars to feed his sick ego. Imagine if Obama did something like that. Shame on you for supporting something like this

What exactly was accomplished other than photo ops? Listen, I know you all want to say he is the greatest simply by talking to an evil dictator and taking selfies with him, but that alone is meaningless other than making you all get the feels for him.

When N Korea actually stops their Nuclear program, then I will be the first person in here congratulating Trump for making this happen. Photo ops mean squat in real life.

The annual public festivities and fireworks display on the National Mall scheduled for the Fourth are being overtaken by Trump's "Salute to America" event, which is shaping up to feature a prominent role for the military.

"This looks like it’s becoming much more of a Republican Party event — a political event about the president — than a national celebration of the Fourth of July, and it’s unfortunate to have the military smack dab in the middle of that,” said retired Army Lt. Gen. David Barno, who commanded U.S. troops in Afghanistan under President George W. Bush.

“The president is using the armed forces in a political ploy for his reelection campaign and I think it’s absolutely obscene,” added retired Army Maj. Gen. William Nash, a veteran of Vietnam, the Gulf War and peacekeeping operations in the Balkans.

The regular fireworks launch point had to be moved to accommodate Trump's new "Salute to America" event at the Lincoln Memorial. That, coupled with military flyovers, means DC airspace will be closed for more than two hours, when in normal years it isn't closed at all.

Trump is turning the Fourth into a political rally. Of course, his followers will be delighted. Much like Trump himself, nothing is sacred any more.
