I suggest you focus on my arguments rather than style point deductions that nobody gives a damn about.
Too bad you don't see how he was buttressing my point, whether he meant to or not.

You have made no arguments. Only insults.

Again, quote me alone unless you are scared, which I would understand.

    Whodathunkit?
Were that the case, it sure wouldn't say a helluva lot for you that you've engaged me this long.

A lot more than contemporary religion can be used to suspend critical thought.

Of course. Humans like to escape from reality, myself included at times, and they will use whatever works.

You have not presented one coherent argument yet.

To believers in lies, nothing is more insolent than the truth; so from their perspective people like me can, indeed, hardly say anything without being insolent.
I'm hardly responsible for such convenient misperceptions.

Can you please make a point? I'm finding it amusing that you believe you have made one.

It doesn't even have to be about this thread. Just make a point and back it up. Right now you are flailing like a child in the water.

Already have, obviously; and you can't find fault with any of it, so you're hoping to irritate me with vacuous gainsaying.
    Bad try.

I blasted the Astros today on MLB 2k13. 11-0, knocked Verlander out in the first inning, tattooed him for 5 runs and 7 hits in the first inning.......but you can do that on MLB 2k13.

Just because you think freedom of religion means separation of church and state is not my problem. It is a common misconception that separation of church and state is in the Constitution. That was decided later by the court based on a letter from Jefferson to Danbury Baptists in 1802. Jefferson was assuaging the Danbury Baptists to keep the state out of the church's business, not to keep the church out of the state's business. All the Constitution says is "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Exactly, there were individual states that had established churches until the 1820s. The Founders wanted to foster Christianity as much as possible as long as it didn't violate other's freedom of conscience.

LOL, you have a belief system yet you deny you have a belief system? OK, give us your scientific evidence you know right from wrong.

Like I said before, in Jefferson's state he had state sponsored schools held in churches. Due to the court decision what Jefferson did is no longer allowed.

Jefferson also authorized federal funds to pay Christian missionaries sent to Indians in the Northwest Territories.

Well, that is way beyond our existence so we have to deal with the extremely short time we are here which starts with a clean slate, requires education, and by the time we are somewhat rational, we are gone. Repeat as needed.

Staff would presumably have a problem with this response; but as far as I'm concerned, you're more than welcome to keep it coming as a testament to your...intelligence.
There being only one, the question is idiotic. You're welcome.
