In republican states that chose not to accept Medicaid expansion and doctors were in danger of not getting paid, they dropped the patients.

Look up the book "Propaganda" by Edward Bernay's - It was written a long time ago .. like back in the 20's .. better yet look at this fellows life and who he ended up working with and working for.
