Every developed nation has some form of universal healthcare. So, that’s not socialism.

One, there would be no Israel, without both British and US interference in Palestine dating back to signing of the Balfour Declaration. Notice, is was a "Declaration" not an "Agreement." Both the British and the US simply decided that instead of taking Uganda in Africa, as the "homeland" for Jews, it would "declare" to take Palestine instead. It blows my mind how completely ignorant people are with respect to HOW "Israel" became the "Israel" that it is today.

Two, the Eastern European Ashkenazim NEVER originated in Palestine - ever. They no historical roots there, no ethnic roots there and no biological (genetic) roots there. Yet, they claim as the "homeland" to which they are now returning to. How can you possibly "return" to a place where you never had a point of origin?

Would South Texas, have been the "homeland" of the Ashkenazim Jew, had the expedition that Britain ordered and the US allowed to Texas, resulted in an affirmative "declaration?" Uganda, was only one of MANY different locations explored as the possible "homeland" for those now calling themselves Jews. Texas (go do your homework), was ALSO one of those potential locations for the "homeland." Did you realize that fact? Texas. That's right. Good ole Cowboy Country could have been where the Ashkenazim now call "home."

Three, the reason Iran holds so much disdain for the West in general has everything to do with what it experienced in 1953/1954, when once again both British MI6 and US CIA engaged in Operation T/P Ajax for the purpose of removing Mohammad Mossadegh as Iran's elected Prime Minister. He was the People's Choice in Iran. They were endeared to him. They wanted him as their Prime Minister. Why? Mohammad, had made it abundantly clear that it was his intent to push internally in Iran, to consolidate all Iranian Oil Production under the control of the Iranian Government. Up to that point, the British had control through the AIOC, its majority share position and its perpetual meddling in Iranian political affairs dating back more than 140+ years in the region of Iran. The Iranian People, never forgot that and they took over 400 hostages in 79' as a direct result of having been completely fed up with British/US intervention in their sovereign country. Period.

This is the REASON behind all the angst the Iranian Government has with British and US Governments and the REASON WHY Iranian People, simply do not trust our governments to do the right thing by them. WE cause that. Not them. WE did that.

So, who do I want to have the bomb? I want nations that know how to keep their nose out of the affairs of other sovereign countries to have the bomb. I darn sure don't want an ignorant, petulant little man-child with absolutely zero understanding of World History to have his hands anywhere near the Halliburton Football, or the launch codes that make it work.

 

No it isn't socialism. Socialism is a political system. Social programs are programs that are there to serve the citizens, irrespective of the political system managing them. Socialism is the takeover of the means of production and ressources by a centralized body. No capitalist country has that and neither does real communism. In the later, there isn't any centralized body, which is the reason why communism has never really existed yet.

You did. At different times, the US government, took over the rail road, the health insurance for people over 65, the airline industry, the automotive industry and all critical industries and their production during war time.

They never gave up control of interstate commerce, the space industry, pollution control by the epa, public education through the entire country, federal control of retail sales of firearms. The military is socialism. Space is socialism. The fda is responsible for food safety. All auto industries are still under control of the Feds for pollution and safety devices. And on it goes.

 

Silly ? The US govt has complete control of a myriad of functions , including our MONETARY system.
