Yes, that's why I ask adult questions and don't have to resort to 12 year old level insults.

    Unlike some.

    Go ahead and try again.

Why do you keep claiming that you know whether or not every dead body you find IS a murdered by your suspect ? You have some kind of magic power.
Or does due process only apply to conservatives and not Hillary ?

    No. I'll explain for you.

You see, when a body is found, they determine if it was natural causes, an accident, a suicide, or a homicide.

    They're pretty smart that way.

That means someone committed a crime if it's a homicide that wasn't justifiable.

Just like when you find classified material on a non-classified network.

You might not know who put it there, but a crime has been committed regardless.

Any other simple concepts I can help you with?

oh, a crime has been committed ? No, charges of a crime have been filed. You're delusional. And, you’re changing your story. It’s no longer murder according to you. You must have had someone read it to you. . It’s homicide.

MURDER IS NEVER DETERMINED BEFORE DUE PROCESS.
CHARGES OF MURDER, ( murder is a conviction) is brought out by the DA. It’s due process that determines the actual charges.
Homicide is either murder, manslaughter or justifiable homicide.
None of these is determined until after due process.
Claiming that murder is determined before due process was, is and will be every time you make the claim, wrong.

No one is guilty of a crime until due process , if no one is guilty, THERE IS NO CRIME. THERE IS A COMPLAINT and charges of a crime which are filed before litigation.
You need to do more reading.

Sure, the classified info jumped onto the server. Maybe it was seeking asylum.

Please, post more. I'm certainly enjoying watching the attempt to present a cogent argument.

They're the ones that committed a crime.

    Sure.

I mean you wouldn't suggest that if someone was murdered a crime wasn't committed until someone was convicted.

That would just be too hilarious for me to take.

"We think the bank was robbed, but we won't know for sure until we convict someone".

    Tell me more.

We’ve established you don’t know what homicide entails and that murder doesn’t even appear as a choice on the police and autopsy report. No one is mudered until the charge has been filed by the DA for murder and a suspect has been found guilty of the crime of murder.. You’re watching too many Clint Eastwood movies. You’re dillusional saying that a murder has been committed. If the accused was innocent by self defense during trial, is he still guilty of murder or any crime ? Of course not. The charges are dropped. You’re absolutly rediculous. You’re just grabbing straws. Time to move on.

LoL says the guy who tells me a crime hasn't been committed until "due process".

"We suspect the bank has been robbed, but since no one has been convicted yet, we can't be sure."

Corruption comes in all sizes. Small government does NOT equal immunity from corruption. There are many socialist spawned programs in effect in various countries of Europe, Canada, Australia, etc., helping make the daily lives of their citizens better, that totally contradict the accuracy of your post. For me, your post represents just another fear-mongering piece of propaganda based on ideological misinformation, with very little connection to truth.

The left does cover a very broad spectrum of political ideas yet it is not what the Democratic or Republican parties are populated with.. It's a general term to the echo chamber because they are bereft of political science knowledge to specifically pinpoint who and what they speak of so they generalize to pigeonhole a demographic of society that they wish to mislead and demonize for rhetorical propaganda purposes..

No they don’t. That’s up to the corner
You have you “ theys” mixed up. You need to study up. It’s up to attending physician or coroner if there is none.
Police, investigators don’t sign death certificates. They collect evidence

    Really?

This is the point you want to make that it's the coroner who makes the determination?

No ****. Of course it's the coroner.

That has nothing to do with the point I was making, and was irrelevant.

Anyone who's ever watched one episode of "law and order" would know that, but thanks for the explanation.

No one gets any point your trying to make. You use pronouns like you’re guessing. Maybe you really don’t know. You don’t know a crime has been committed till all the evidence is in and death certificate is verified and cause of death is determined. You have been saying ALL THE TIME, that a dead body alone indicates a crime has been committed. No it doesn’t. You are wrong as usual.

Well let me break it down for you.

The authorities, using various agencies and skill sets, determine if a dead body is a homicide, suicide, accident or natural causes.

THEY then take the appropriate action.

If it's not a homicide until someone is convicted, I wonder why THEY don't call the homicide detectives the "we think it might be homicide but we won't know until we convict someone" detectives.

Please continue with your pointless drivel.
