    Oh.. I se your problem Walter.. basic reading comprehension.. "attempt" does not mean they were successful, except in the uproar caused in the aftermath, thanks to the Deep State, HRC, the MSM and the Deep State in general... the only tampering with the election results came from Obama's Deep State, they , only with Russia, would have much preferred a proven "player" and corrupt deal maker such as HRC.

    He was murdered and nobody knows who did it or why. Hundreds of thousands in reward money offered yet nothing. That along with who he was, what he did, and the close proximity to what happened,Yeah, that’s going to get some conspiracy theories started. And rightfully so.

    The issue regarding how the Russians were the source for Wikileaks is discussed in annotated detail in the Mueller Report. You can start on page 40,

    So much for “lack of evidence or information”.

    We even know the names of the Russians who ran the effort, and have subsequently identified the Russians who played a role in pumping this Seth Rich distraction.
