An EU embargo has no consequences for non EU nations. For same reason UK did not stop russian tankers going to Syria. Iran is not a member of EU and can trade with who he wants. I have news for Trumpists like you. You can ake embargos for your own country or the EU can ake embargos for their member states. It can not force other countries. Only a UN security decission can do that. According to your bla bla, Iran can put an Embargo on british ships and confiscate a german ship for trading with UK. Give their ship back and you get back yours.
