Sounds oddly familiar in regards to wall street. The left attacks wall street yet constantly uses them for financial gain.
no it's not the same thing, geesh I can complain about a company paying no taxes and still invest in them or buy from them....
You can also vote for someone who claimed to be against wall street, but to completely benefit from them.
yes, but that is not the same as doing something and then blaming someone else for doing it I can be upset with a corp for something they have done, but still invest in them the hope is by voicing my concerns, they will change
It is the stuff of my worst nightmares -- an America-hating NOTHINGNESS like "Messiah" Barack Obama on the Supreme Court, AND, even WORSE (if that's possible), that thing he's married to, as President of the United States! Mark my words -- she's GOING to run for the presidency one day -- probably in 2024, long after all but one or two of the twenty-five current Democrat nominees have made ridiculous, incoherent fools of themselves. . "And now, we'll FINISH it...."
Once again, your "moronic" claims prove nothing except for the fact that you have no capability of original thought and are easily swayed by your masters.
That depends if the justice considers the constitution as a solid, literal document, or gossamer document that just kind of floats around on the breezes.
You continue to remain confused as to what the term Republican use for these ILLEGAL ALIENS along the southern border. You claim that the liberal term is the only one used but are wrong as usual. That, along with the fact that most of them only want to come here so they don't have to fix where ever it is they came from, along with life long total support without working for it from the liberals. That, and the planned migration sponsored by leftists such as yourself dismiss any attempt at a point that you may think you have made. They are ot forced, they made an informed decision to come to where they are not wanted.
Ah, preconceived notions you claim as facts, claim you don't really care for the facts of the situation and refer to entertainment shows as varication for your opinions. All solid proof that you have nothing of substance to base your bias on.
In this case, because they are actually the ones doing the majority of the theft. Not that the right has not also benefited from this theft.
Anyone qualified to be a supreme court justice views the constitution as solid. Literal document. That is the job of a supreme court justice. The sworn duty of the justices is to evaluate the laws congress makes to see if they are constitutional. That is to say, what would the writers of the constitution say about the laws congress passes. The personal opinion of a justice is irrelevant what matters is what does the constitution say about it. The reason things are getting screwed up is because people believe everything is open to interpretation.
And you are totally ignoring the real forces these refugees have to face in the place of their birth. Violence beyond anything most Americans could ever imagine. A complete lack of safety or civil protections from police forces such as we have here, because there, those police are corrupt servants of the drug lords, gangs, or politicians, so provide none of the protections we count on from our police here. These refugees often leave their homes suddenly & with nothing of value, simply because they are fleeing for their very lives. It's hard for most Americans to even imagine such an environment, but it's even worse to see Americans ignore the details & simply brand these poor people as invaders & become oblivious to the way we treat them along our borders. Inhumanity is never something we should want attached to our reputation as a nation or as a people.
And what exactly are you basing your loyalty to such a con man on? I see NOTHING in Trump deserving of my loyalty. What about him deserves yours?
And you refuse to admit that these are illegal aliens not refugees. Read the law sometime and you will sound intelligent.
Support of the written law, lower unemployment figures, strengthening the military, promoting the US as no longer a doormat to the world and on and on. What are you basing hour hate on? Something factual for once instead of just hurt feelings.
the trillion a year debt started growing under Bush and continues to this day, tax cuts for the rich and useless wars are stealing from America's future generations
If we interpret the law as if it were a solid steel rod, with no room for flexibility to fit the circumstances, then you're right. But the best legal systems keep some flexibility in the interpretation of their laws so fairness & humanity can be included in the outcomes. Your post supports the cold, rigid rule of law with no concern on human impact or suffering caused by harsh enforcement. We liberals believe the human impacts are more important than the laws themselves in some cases. And the border situation as it is now, is one of those cases.
1. Of all the Presidents of my life, Trump is the LEAST concerned about supporting the written law. He's the most abrasive in his thwarting of that law. He tries to create Executive Orders to counter laws he dislikes, & uses Executive Privilege to avoid having to comply with laws he hates. Trump's behaviors have convinced me your post #1 here is totally inaccurate. 2. While unemployment rates can be used to get a feel for the state of the economy, it's not always an accurate measure. Unemployment rates can show up as low when many low wage workers are given part-time jobs with no benefits whatever. That looks good on the books, but doesn't do much to help those individuals forced to work several jobs, longer hours but with no benefits such as health care access, vacation time off with pay, or a living wage. 3. Our military is already far stronger than any other on the planet, & we spend as much on it annually as the next 10 strongest military nations on Earth COMBINED. Trump hasn't improved on our military standing. He's only continued it. 4. Since WWII, the U.S. has never been a doormat. But with the way Trump mistreats our friends & allies around the world, under him, we may experience that for the first time. 5. I don't hate anyone. I disagree with Trump's personal behaviors & his political policies. I wish him the best in his private life, but don't want him messing up our national politics any more. I'm hopeful the American voters will retire him to his tower in 2020.
Funny how you get to pick and choose which laws you want to enforce. Especially when ignoring a clearly stated law.
You do realize that denial is just admitting the truth of my post. BTW, which Americans? The ones here legally and entitled to be here or your favorite illegals? Also, trying to change my post for your benefit screams of not being able to support your position. Which is already well known.
