The president’s announcement jolted markets, which had bounced back sharply off Wednesday’s disappointing Fed rate cut only to have their legs cut out from underneath them by news of a heightened trade war.... 2. As the election campaigns heat up, Donald Trump is obviously running out of time to wait for China to accede to his demands. His latest tariff move against China is the clearest sign of desperation in his bid to remain another term in office. Using an analogy in my previous post, a psycho is getting increasing impatient after waiting a long time for the local anesthetic to take effect on his victim in the torture chamber. Without testing for numbness of his victim's gum tissue, the psycho is dragging his victim all the way to the dental chair to extract all his remaining teeth. 3. At first China seemed to be unsure how to deal with the failed business-turned mercurial president. Spending by Chinese visitors — which doesn't include students — ballooned more than 600% between 2008 and 2016, to nearly $18.9 billion. In 2017, that fell by 1% to $18.8 billion, or about 12% of overall tourism spending. (b) Ban all Chinese students from studying in "American for-profit education companies" such as the now-defunct Trump University. Chinese students make up one-third of the total international body in the US and pay significant sums to study at top institutions. The amount Chinese students and their families contribute to the US economy is estimated to have been $13 billion in 2017-2018, a figure that includes tuition fees and living expenses, according to NAFSA: Association of International Educators. However, there is growing pressure in the US to place restrictions on foreign students, particularly Chinese, amid tensions between the two countries over a range of issues, most prominently trade. The US government has been targeting specific groups of students or academics who they feel pose national security risks or are involved in alleged intellectual property theft. As reported on 8 August 2018 by Politico, at one point during the dinner, Trump noted of an unnamed country that the attendee said was clearly China, “almost every student that comes over to this country is a spy.” P.S. As the psycho tries to extract all the teeth of his victim in the torture chamber, it is high time for the victim to drag the psycho to the dental chair too. Further, U.S. domestic travel increased 1.9 percent from 2017 to a total of 2.3 billion person-trips in 2018. In 2018, domestic and international travelers spent nearly $1.1 trillion ($1,089 billion) in the U.S. 12% is $131B not $18.8B. That's all pretty ridiculous. As a result, companies eager to gain access to the Chinese market make a devil’s bargain that trades short-term access for the long-term loss of their IP and trade secrets. China’s assault on our economy does not stop at economic espionage and IP theft. Their military capabilities extend well into the cyber realm, where they have hacked into university networks to steal military technologies and taken down the network of U.S. Naval contractors. President Xi has ample opportunity to expand his offensive. If you can get past the obligatory Orange Man Bad stuff, Heitkamp does make a couple of good points about the full spectrum of threats China poses. But the Orange Man Bad stuff isn’t easy to get past, given that Trump is the only US president in decades to take China seriously at all.
My great friend, you had better believe the worst criminal in a US prison than to believe your cult master who tells an average of 6.5 lies per day, or at least 3,000 lies in his first 16 months in office. Trump alleged that China reneged on its commitments. Does he have any proof? Did the two countries sign any treaty or agreement? Did the two leaders hold any joint press conference about any commitment? Don't forget that even if a treaty is signed, Trump can tear it to shreds anytime. Even if he tries to honour an agreement, US extremists like the Latino pseudo white supremacist Marco Rubio can block it through legislation. Now any failed US businessman would know how to save himself from babkruptcy. Instead of setting up a bankrupt university like the now-defunct Trump Univerisity, they should set up a so-called "left-wing university" to wait for the foolish Chinese communists to pour money into it.
The Chinese Communist pour money into Left-Wing Universities, Think-Tanks and Politicians and those that inform us of the Left's position always seem to side with the Chinese Communists against the American Worker on issue after issue. The racist attacks by vocal members of the Left still shock me.
You have pointed the way to your fellow countrymen about how to become rich without working, yet you are stupid enough not to practise what you teach. You can sleep away your whole life without money problems just by moving to the Left. The Chinese communists (as alleged in your posts) will put money into your pockets while you turn left and right on the bed. You just parrot anything that your cult master says. Anyone who disagrees with you or your cult master is regarded as a leftist.
