    Been on the short end of one of those enhancers more than once, serious legal fights, that I was able to win only once. I agree people should be able to defend themselves.

    An Englishman goes to the Australian Embassy in London, to have a preliminary interview in reponse to his request to immigrate to Oz.
    The Australian official behind the desk glances at his application, looks up, and asks, "Well, first of all ... do you have a criminal record?"

    I actually agree with you on this one. I believe the spirit of that law is that if a murder is committed by one of the murderer's accomplices, then the others become liable.
    Not if the victim kills one of the criminals.

    I know it cost me a bankroll, that is part of the courts strategy, to wipe one out financially so they will win their case by default.
