I regard abortion and child-abandoning as contractual crimes - When you consent to sex, you consent to pregnancy and if you termit the pregnancy, you are guilty of breaking the contract.

Renee, my son and his wife just lost a baby. They were warned ahead of time the baby had complications and there might be a problem. Abortion was something some people would consider an option. She carried it practically to term because we know of others where predictions were wrong and produced a wonderful life. Sure, there was heartbreak for us all, but we had a connection with that life (as you don't understand that). They did the mature adult thing and avoided the hedonistic solution you seem to embrace. It is a childish, fleshly action you encourage at every point.
