It's The Hillary Clinton Show!

The nation has long been subjected to the spectacle of crackpots shrieking, "Lock her up! Lock her up!" about a political opponent who has never been sentenced, or indicted, or convicted, or tried for any crime.

It was a wonderful evocation of "democracy at work" as practiced in some sh¡thole nations where rival office seekers are routinely incarcerated, in glaring contrast to the United States where due process is a bedrock of our enlightened judicial system, and "Innocent until proven guilty" the guiding principle of criminal law.

For years, Ms Clinton's opponents in Congress had targeted her, as a likely presidential prospect, in committee investigation fatwa after committee investigation fatwa in vain. They could not contrive even one flimsy, gossamer-thin shred of an excuse for an indictment.

Even with the bloated weight of rabid Trumpery, a subservient Justice Department, and two years of a Republican-controlled Senate and a Republican-controlled House, nothing more than bitchy, snippy, catty remarks were ever issued.

Recently, Trump's neo-nazis at Daily Stormer who hail him as their "God Emperor" have noted Clinton's perennially remaining at large:

So many pols of yore are consigned to the dustbin of history. Even after Vlady Putin chose Trump over Clinton in the 2016 presidential election (as confirmed by the FBI, NSA, CIA, and Republican-run Senate Select Committee on Intelligence) Hannity's enduring fixation will not allow her to be forgotten.

I understand that democrats really really want to forget about Hillary, but she is the anchor around their necks that they tied themselves to. When we think about crime families in the US, we will forever include the name Clinton because they deserve it. I would simply point out to leftists who would continue to worship her that that practice does, in fact, have a price.

It's not stupid because there is more evidence and less investigation into the Clinton's crimes than those of Trump.

There is no more evidence about Hillary Clinton and there couldn’t be much more investigation. She was investigated nonstop and they couldn’t find anything or do you think the Republicans are part of a conspiracy because they love her? I long ago lost interest in all cable entertainment shows, although this joker (Fox News' Sean Hannity mentioned Hillary Clinton in 86% of episodes since Trump took office) sounds like a real hoot!

Any and all of the candidates from both the Republican primary challengers or the Democratic candidates are far more qualified than Trump. They all have at least some idea how government operates. He hasn’t a clue even after being in his office how it works. His only advantage is that he was a reality TV star whose daddy left him a real estate empire. Anyone who thinks he’s qualified to be President has been duped.

 

Not to mention endless Benghazi and email investigation....

 

He is just behaving like most Americans on both sides. I wish he wasn't such an accurate reflection of the average American, but we deserve him. As an independent that did not vote for him, I have to say that Dems have pushed me in that direction. I will have to spit after casting my vote, but Trump is the lesser of evils at this point.
