    Damn! But that is sad.

    I have a thread running about a teen in the UK who got 16 years for buying a gun and had mountains of evidence he was going to do a Norwegian style mass slaughter and you would NOT believe how many have posted saying that they should have allowed the mass shooting

    I agree it is disgusting and yes it is tragic porn, and yes it is anti gun. Shall we start a betting book on how many days will go by before the next school shooting, now that school resumes?

    Is there some way to effectively 'use' the death en masse of kids, other than politically? They did not fall en masse from the playground equipment, and die. They were slaughtered by a weapon of mass domestic destruction.

    The most deadly school shooting in US history was committed with handguns which are legal to own in Australia, provided you maintain your club membership.

    So...

    1. Why don't we have these school shootings in Australia?

    2. If our stringent system of licensing for the deadliest weapon in US school shooting history works for handguns, why would it not work for other less effective weapons like modern sporting rifles such as the AR-15?

    3. If the issue is legality of the firearm outright rather than licensing, registration, etc - why have there been only 2 murders with NFA licensed select fire weapons which are vastly more dangerous than MSRs, the last of which was over 3 decades ago? Their licensing of these weapons is more in line with how the rest of the world treats gun licensing generally.

    No. They didn't in fact more kids in an average year Are injured or die on playground equipment.
