I judge climate change activists to some extent by their own actions to reduce Carbon. If they fly about in private jets, large boats, don't drive electric cars, , live a huge houses, or even multiple huge houses. or travel to Paris for climate conferences rather than telecommute, they are hypocritical. You talk about money as if it's some trivial thing so I have a question for you. Has your family ever had to live paycheck to paycheck budgeting your last penny? If you haven't then you won't understand that these type of people are worried about how they'll feed their family this week not about some distance possiblity. These climate change proposals hurt poor people the most just look at the riots in France. The world isn't black it's shades of grey

The Nazi Germany and the USSR formed an alliance in 1939. The NKVD and the Gestapo worked together. The NKVD turned the German Communist who had fled to the USSR to the Gestapo as a demonstration of their solidarity. Of course many members of the German KPD and SD had already joined the NSDAP by then and were still safe in Germany.
