But individual members have advocated for, and worked to create laws to abridge to the rights of Citizens. This is a a breach of their oath to "uphold the Constitution". That makes them traitors, and voters obliged to remove them from office.

It amazes me that I know more about this than many here. But then our constitution was cribbed in part from yours

I am posting graphics because that seems to be the only way clearly and succinctly show the core of the issue

If you are arguing that disregard for the Constitution is grounds for removal from office, Trump is gone too. So who are you going to vote for?

    So?

There was once an attempt to pass a law to make Pi equal to three but it did not succeed

    Suggestion is not action

I appreciate the effort, but don't expect graphics to sink in. The GOP is leaning hard authoritarian at this point.

He was the clear front-runner, until yesterday.
Checks and balances goes both ways, facilitating the investigation of corruption is the duty of all branches of government.

Your posts clearly demonstrate that you do not adhere to this going "both ways."

You do not know what you are talking about. What do you think Trump did which was outside the Constitution?

It is not disregard for the Constitution, but intentially working to defy it. Are you capable of understanding the difference?

Yes, which is why I've had so many conversations with Trumpists trying to argue that the Constitution should be ignored while I try defending it. But glad to hear you admit that Trump is openly working to defy it . . . Or did you misread the post you responded to?

I wish the republicans would admit they were wrong in impeaching Bill Clinton, that divided the country like this would. Come on over a damn blowjob. Even me who supports Trump know the 1998 impeachment was pure partisan BS.

I'm tired of the opposition parties trying to get the other opposition party who controls the WH, it's ridiculous and it has to stop. It's not good for this republic.

When you can give a specific example perhaps you can obtain some credibility. Until then just try to get by twisting words.

Trumpists on this forum have argued that Trump can institute taxes without Congress, authorize spending without Congress, and go to war without Congress. Play dumb if you want, but I won't follow that lead

There are many things I do not like about Trump, but he is the lesser of the current evils...

So, I will take your reply as admission that you are not able to give an example of something Trump has done which is unconstitutional...

Clinton clearly obstructed justice by blatantly lying to the Congress and the American people. He was censored and sent back to work.

I agree Biden is toast. Every time Trump is asked about Ukraine he will bring up Joe/Hunter and a fat job at $60,000 per month. Why would a gas company in Ukraine give an American named Hunter a position on the board at 60K per month? Well his daddy was VP. And anytime the media brings up Trump's phone call they will have to mention Joe/Hunter. But just tonight NBC said Hunter did nothing wrong. I agree -- it was Daddy Joe the shake down artist who did something wrong. He's now toast.
