That phone call that our dear president made was perfect and yet Adam Shiff refuses to admit that Joe Biden is a horrible criminal. Trump’s honest effort to try to make sure that before giving any money or defensive weapons to Ukraine, that all corruption there was cleaned up was Godlike. Obviously the key to that was exposing the filth on Biden and his horrible son which is of utmost importance if we really love America. This perfect and loving phone call was one of the most selfless and patriotic actions ever taken by a US President. The biggest problems we are facing as a nation are Hunter Biden’s salary, Hillary Clinton’s email server and Joe Biden’s bragging about getting a prosecutor fired. Also, George Soros, Acorn, AOC, and socialism. My heart is heavy, but I live for the day when at last Rudy Guiliani and Bob Barr are revered as the heroes they truly are. Praise Jesus!!!

 

I agree. Trump and his father became successful developers at a time when you could not get anything done without dealing with one or more of the 5 families who ran criminal enterprises in NY and NJ. However I think Trump has done a piss poor job of transitioning into government where you have to be a lot more subtle and careful what you do and especially what you say.

The Bush Family makes Trump look like a piker when it comes to corruption and thievery, however they are 100 times smarter when it comes to not leaving paper trails and recorded evidence against them. All of Trump’s problems stem from surrounding himself with incompetent imbeciles like Cohen, Guiliani, Manafort, Barr, and his idiot kids.

He’s in the big leagues now and it looks like he has impeached himself. I made a $500 bet at 9-1 odds on him being impeached in the year 2019 before the Dems took the House last November. A month ago I thought I was a sure loser. Now because of him, the moronic Guiliani and both of their BIG ignorant mouths, I may be able to cash that ticket in for $5000 instead of burning it along with the other losers.

 

It would still have to be proven that Trump specifically was using lack of aid as a tool to get Biden. And since there is no audio or video (that we know) proving this and the man supposedly being strong armed already said he wasn’t being pressured to do anything, all you’ve got is your interpretation of events or what people were thinking. Uuuuum. That’s kind of a big bagel you’ve got there. You’ve got no proof of actions. Actual verifiable proof.

If we can start impeaching presidents for what we think they did or what we think they were planning then every president from this day forward will have an impeachment hearing depending on who rules the House and Senate. Democrats are opening up a Pandora’s box of insanity all based on TDS and leftover hurt feelings from 2016.

Dems can roll those dice and see what happens. We already saw what a total scam Russia was. Investigations based on made up evidence paid for by Hillary to a foreign power That’s damning. This ain’t. This is trying to mind read what Trumps intent was. The transcript sure as **** doesn’t prove quid pro quo. And now the whistle blower report proved even less since the guys entire complaint was based on what he heard...NOT what he/she actually witnessed. So another investigation based on here say?? Go run with it. Make it 0-2.

 

BOTH parties are out of control. We really need a viable third party in this country.

Which ever way you slice it, there’s a pretty good chance that he gets impeached. And he’s even asking for it ever since he got into office. He has done it to himself by hiring and associating with crooked morons and acting like a wannabe gangster.

 

Trump isn't going to be impeached. The Democrats are not going to risk the political fallout for do so.

I'm digressing from my reply so that I can mostly concur. I voted for a republican who happened to be Trump. I have worked with developers throughout my entire career. I never met one at all like Trump in Chicago or NYC or any other city. Personally I have never particularly liked developers. They are front men who usually don't work with their own money. Some act more like car salesmen and some have more polish. Trump is unique. He uses some of his own money but it is usually highly leveraged by banks and other investors.

I don't remember listening to trump when he had the Apprentice show. I never liked it and thought he was sort of full of himself. What I didn't realize was how limited his vocabulary is. I have never met any successful person that could not at least construct simple sentences. He seldom uses any words with more than 2 syllables. His grammar is also often incorrect. I think he knows what he wants to say but does not articulate well when writing or speaking.

In Journalism 101, students are taught to write in language anyone with a high school education can understand. I thought maybe that was Trump's approach. I was wrong. What you hear or read is the extent of his vocabulary and communication skills.

I think this is often the root of his trouble speaking with democrat politicians. Many are lawyers, trained and experienced in public speaking and effective communicators. Members of the media are also trained writers and communicators. Both groups who hate him use his words against him, too often.

Trump will say something to his opposition who takes every word he says literally. They will then try to trip him up on what he said even if that is not what he meant. I thought for sure once president Trump would begin speaking better. He needs a language coach and someone to always proofread what he writes or tweets. I am fairly certain others have approached him about his public speaking and writing skills but apparently he either does not want help or doesn't think it is needed.

I will support him and vote for him again. The alternatives do not coincide with my ideological beliefs. I am not a strong conservative but far from liberal.

 

Lucky, if Trump’s campaign staff hired an opposition research team to look into any malfeasance or criminal actions about Biden or his son, that would be perfectly legal and proper. However hiring a hack like Guiliani and directly involving himself and Barr in chiding a leader of a foreign country into helping him in that endeavor while withholding foreign aid was completely out of line and against election protocols.

The horse and pony show was caused by the idiotic and illegal way this was handled. Are you suggesting that Trump and Guiliani handled this situation shrewdly and properly? Come on man.

He took the matter of investigating Biden and son into his own idiotic hands, then left himself totally open by doing it on a conversation that he should have damn well known was being taped and listened into.

It reminds me of morons who are in jail awaiting trial, then tell someone to have the witnesses knocked off or bribed on a jail phone. Any idiot knows that all of those jail calls are monitored and any moron knows that any calls between the POTUS and foreign leaders are heavily monitored and recorded. If Trump was not aware of this he truly is a nit wit.

 

The political fallout will be cast upon the whores in the GOP Senate who refuse to admit what a crooked horses ass Trump is and refuse to remove him from office. It sure looks like the Dems have finally grown a set and will finally impeach this imbecile pretty soon, before the primaries even start. This GOP butt lucking whores who refuse to remove Trump will pay the price for turning a blind eye to Trump’s illegal, sleazy and corrupt actions as President. There’s your p9litical fallout.

 

It really makes you wonder if Schiff is SO confident in the case against Trump, why the hell he would need to be making crap up!

 

I just wrote you a lengthy reply to a similar topic. What Trump did is what Trump does. It may have been better coordinated but what was said was not illegal. There is in fact a treaty agreement between the US and the Ukraine that allows and encourages cooperation when investigating corruption and prosecution of crimes. What Adam Schiff did should get him expelled from congress. If anyone had the balls to call him out that process should be started post haste.

Trump will not be impeached. I hope democrats are stupid enough to try. I predict Trump will be reelected and also predict that several house seats will be gained back but probably not quite enough to regain the majority. We may pick up a Senate seat as well.
