How can homosexuality not be a perversion?

Nobody really cares about lesbians.

I am kidding, kind of. Nobody knows what causes homosexuality and I find the theory imaginative.

 

There is no place in a just society for state sanctioned "gay marrige".

The proper function of laws is to protect decent people - which does not include everyone - from the nefariously inclined. Making things better for the latter makes things worse for the former, so your stated objective is, to be charitable, hopelessly naive.

Then citing the constitutional provision(s) which do(es) that won't be a problem, so get the hell on with it already.

Unless of course the law, which you've assured us is all that matters, is adjusted to say otherwise.

If it was about homosexuality you would be repulsed by lesbians but men.get excited by them....... anything feminine is negative...if males do it. That's why I made the distinction between gays having sex and LGBT activism. The first is about freedom of association between consenting adults, the second is indeed very costly to individual freedoms and society as a whole.

Personally I never understood the people who had a problem with the gays themselves, instead of with just their political activism.

And yet when people go off on homosexuals they only talk about gay males, unless prompted by people like us. Same for trans. All the complaints are about MtF's with nothing said about FtM's unless prompted.

So which provision prevents the government from establish their own form of marriage independent of any other definition of marriage.

How it can be false if you have two fundamentally different types of couples getting the same benefits?
The simple human logic tells me that homosexual types get more benefits because they have zero responsibility for their sexual activity.

 

As pointed out many times now....marriage benefits have nothing to do with someone getting pregnant.

 

You will have opportunity to get free benefits from the government for the private activity.

 

That is not what we are talking about here.
Government benefits for no reason is unfair and unconstitutional. It is very bad policy.

Gay couples receive marital benefits just like hetero couples. How is that unfair?

Unlike heterosexual relationship gay sex is strictly private activity, so government should not pay anything for it.

 

Um...the reason they get the marital benefits is because they are MARRIED. Just like any hetero couple. Not sure why you struggle to grasp that concept. The govt doesn't pay anyone for sex. Odd you think such.
