    He is on the sits on the House Judiciary Committee, how is that not a relevant committee?

    He admitted it was, in part, a parody, approximately 1.5 hrs into the hearing, in response to Rep Turner's (R-OH) comments.
    And, I believe the transcript of the telephone call was released on September 25th, while the hearing was held September 26th.
