Borat is mad that the son of an influential person benefited from being the son of an influential person. He does not seem to understand that hiring somebody who is the child of an influential person is not a crime. It's not even unethical. Nor is it a crime or unethical to hire somebody to a position that may not have qualifications for that position. It's not a crime for Burisma to hire the younger Biden hoping that his connection to his father may benefit them.

It only becomes illegal if the elder Biden uses his office to benefit Burisma directly and with the explicit purpose of doing so to aid his son. That's the part that has not been proven beyond the word of a disgraced Ukranian prosecutor. Biden did push for the prosecutor's removal, but he did so along with a bunch of other people both inside and outside of the Ukraine.

By all means, investigate it, but the smoking gun Borat thinks he has here is still in the packaging and has not even been fired before.

It does...it does a great job of highlighting the investigation into Biden's son company started well before the VP withheld the billion, and now the Obama Admin worked hard to push him out after the investigation started...it however misses some key points, like the massive amounts of money being funneled to the Biden family by the corrupt company that was the target of investigation
