Parent/child, sibling, grand parent/child, etc....most of these things are a matter of public record.
And there is no such thing as a NON-common law marriage bigamy charge? A specific Christian denomination?
There is. I've mentioned it already. It's where a person obtains marriage licenses from two or more states. I've not seen anything that breaks it down by denomination. Keep in mind that I am only talking about people themselves, and not the stance that the organizations have on poly.
now you still need a license which means you're asking permission if everybody gets permission then what is the purpose of the licensc? I'm talking about the past because we said discrimination against people with regard to marriage and none of that would have happened if you didn't have to ask Mommy government for permission. The whole problem was created by government.
The one that catches that I would assume, although given legal precedent, any and all state could probably charge the person. The question then goes to practicality.
But that is with the license. I'm not understanding how we do away with that which tracks the marriage if you feel that it is asking permission?
explain.
you don't understand because you're mixing up two different things. A license is not how marriage is tracked it is how permission is granted.
you don't understand because you're mixing up two different things. A license is not how marriage is tracked it is how permission is granted.
So how is the marriage tracked then?
Why wouldn't legal benefits apply even without government involvement? Because legal benefits are from the government.
