38 people cited for violations in Clinton email probe

THIRTY-EIGHT.................engaged in gross negligence which is a felony. When will we see the charges.

"WASHINGTON (AP) — The State Department has completed its internal investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of private email and found violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action.

The investigation, launched more than three years ago, determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information that ended up in Clinton’s personal email, according to a letter sent to Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley this week and released on Friday. The 38 are current and former State Department officials but were not identified."

Well time we find out who they were. Remember this server was never approved for use and the campaign resisted efforts for the cybersecurity people to monitor and run for her. These are the emails she tried to destroy so we wouldn't be able to see them.

"Although the report identified violations, it said investigators had found “no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.” However, it also made clear that Clinton’s use of the private email had increased the vulnerability of classified information."

It doesn't have to be systemic or deliberate to be a violation of our national security a threat to our national security and against the law.

Clinton is scheming to be the Democrat nominee through a brokered convention. This should TOTALLY disqualify her from EVER being involved in anything to do with our national security and classified information.

Courts have found that "intent" is an element of such "revelations." The FBI and investigators have ruled that for Hillary, there was no intent to swap classified information for nefarious purposes. Hopefully, Hillary finds solace that the investigation only branded her with stupid. That probably will go for the so called 38 violations.

But buried at the bottom of the article is this little nugget...

Yet, no one is serving time. Go figure.

Isn't it odd that the title of the article gives the reader a completely different view of things compared to the actual report.

This has frosted me personally for a long time. I signed virtually the same NDA as Hillary Clinton. My company, at the time, was working for a site that is very top secret. If I, or anyone in my company did what she did, we would be in prison. YOU CAN NOT:

• send receive Top Secret information to/from unsecured servers
• store Top Secret information on unsecured servers
• ignore subpeonas to produce unsecured servers
• destroy evidence on the servers
• destroy other devices all listed on subpoenas
• make available Top Secret information in your care to people not cleared

Hillary Clinton did all these things. She violated so many laws it's obscene and a horrible precedent that nothing happened to her for it. I don't even care if they charge, convict, and then pardon her at this point. Everyone needs to know, that crap is highly illegal. She Destroyed Evidence and Obstructed Justice after her massive violations. The whole event is a national embarrassment. At least 5 foreign entities hacked her unsecured servers and accessed U.S. Top Secret information. She should never be near power again.
