this “hurricane” keeps Trump squarely in the news 24/7 and the Democrat contenders out; exactly as it has happened in 2015.

Democrats; with Trump their old tricks do not work and they’ll never learn. Will they?

Yes and they do not explain what they mean by "deliberate" or that "deliberate" is not required for the law.

My son serves in a high position in the military dealing with classified communications and he has told me he would be sitting in a federal prison.

If you handle it with gross negilgence including causing it to be stored in an unsecured location yes and it's not just about her but also the other 37 persons named. Time for a REAL DOJ investigation.

Except there are no examples of people going to prison unless they could prove the person knew they were mishandling and/or they lied and/tried to hide evidence. Same reason Alberto Gonzalez didn’t go to prison.

Nope gross negligence does not require intent that is why it is gross negligence. But the case could be made that ancestors she knew the server was not approved and did not meet the necessary standards and that she still directed all her emails be send and stored there there was intent to do so.

A major investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while she was secretary of state found no evidence of deliberate mishandling of classified information.

Hey lets excuse Trump being a scumbag by using the actions of another scumbag. The Republican way.

She did not violate a single law. It’s why she hasn’t been and won’t be charged. Even under a trump DOJ.

Hardly, we lost a portion of a huge contract due to an "alleged" $1M bride from a big prime contractor competitor. Note, the winning prime contractor in the story had already got busted for double billing by the nearly $120 million and still was given the new contract.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/busi...alleged-kickback-scheme-nuclear-cleanup-site/

We also came to DOE HQ, shared with them a way to automate data from all the sites, so they can have advanced automated metrics for Portfolio Management, Budgeting, and more, but because we are not part of The Swamp, we will likely see a big prime try to do our solution costing millions of dollars, fail, and then we get to fix everything for a fraction of what the government already paid The Swamp companies. This is common for us.

He's 100% right. Everyone that I work with that deals with Classified material is pissed off. Your son will tell you the same. There is no Left leaner that does this type of work that isn't upset with what Hillary Clinton did and then got away with.

Just so the whole site is clear, YOU think there is no laws against:
    • send/receive Top Secret information to/from unsecured servers
    • store Top Secret information on unsecured servers
    • ignore subpeonas to produce unsecured servers
    • destroy evidence on the servers
    • destroy other devices all listed on subpoenas
    • make available Top Secret information in your care to people not cleared
You are don't know a thing about the handling of Top Secret information.

Where did you get lost? Clinton didn’t violate any laws. It’s why hasn’t been and won’t be charged. Even under a trump DOJ. Unless of course you are claiming trump is covering it up for her, lol.
