And not deliberate does not clear, gross negligence does not require a deliberate act. But the fact is Clinton DELIBERATELY set up the server on an outside unsecured unmonitored server to DELIBERATELY hide her email there from proper archiving and in the process acted with gross negligence and endangered our national security and persons who sent classified information over it if they knew it was unsecured should also face prosecution. The DOJ decides the law not the State Department. Send the report to them for investigation for criminal acts.

Are you denying classified information was found on that unsecured laptop?

    Well how could you say

"Several emails with classified information from former Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin were among a tranche of documents released Friday that were found on Anthony Weiner's personal computer during an FBI probe."

    That's chargeable.

There was classified information on the unsecured laptop.

It is pointless to try and have a discussion with you as you will only claim anything posted has already been refuted. No white flag offered your history is well documented.

I think Hillary escapes unscathed. Although neither one of them holds a prominent political position, (She and Bill), they wield extreme power and influence behind the scenes. "Deep State" an ominous entity.

You have no facts for your accusations, but carrying on, displays the pathological obsession.

I do understand the Trump cult tears here. They were so counting on this dumb conspiracy theory to be the one that worked, despite all of their previous conspiracy theories failing hilariously. It was their last desperate gasp to see Clinton locked up. Now that's gone. They're kind of in shock. They had actually believed their own idiot propaganda.

No matter. They're already creating new conspiracy theories to explain the failure of all the other conspiracy theories.

That's how cults attract the weak-minded. They tell them how, in the cult, nothing will ever be their responsibility again, as everything is the fault of evil forces outside of the cult. They can keep saying the dumbest things imaginable, and still always be right, because the cult will create a SafeSpace for them where the cult's reality holds sway.

Should they just gonna keep investigating the same thing, with the same evidence until you get the result you like? The DOJ investigated, the IG reviewed that investigation found it proper. Deliberate is what gets you charged. It’s time to accept it.
