I know that bums me out, I love Colorado but we have turned idiot blue here and I always thought that Idaho might be a place to move to but the gibmedats the whiners and the snowflakes have invaded there as well. Maybe Wyoming will be the last place for freedom left.
Not one law suit filed yet, the dog goes woof and they find a controlled substance you're pretty well fooked.. BUT there is a loophole! Wyoming has no facility that test the THC levels in edibles, soooo, they generally confiscate them and send you on your way.. Might be something to keep in mind if you're traveling thru, bring Gummie bears
I used to live in Green River and Rock Springs about 18 years ago. That part of the state wasn't the best. Mostly badlands, and they were mining towns for the most part. But the rest of the state is gorgeous. The antelope population was higher than the human population back then. I'm guessing it still is.
It appears turning blue is only temporary. Based on statistics, liberals come into states ,destroy them, and all the citizens flee.
Per person... Not so much. https://www.google.com/search?clien...29i30j33i299.WrfUdbLamko#imgrc=0faLXAL8t1juDM:
A long shot but....... They rely on the coal industry, which is on the decline. There are more climate activist then ever before thanks to their intensive breeding program (Only plausible explanation for their explosive number increase). If the Democrats win in 2020 the coal industry will cease almost overnight. Maybe the residents can see the writing on the wall and are getting out while they can. Just a conversation Jack Daniels and I are having .
Your anecdotal evidence is not an argument. The words used are important and in this case the word 'usually' was significant.
Nah coal is pretty much played out in Wyoming.. The Jim Bridger Power Plant is fed by Black Butte Coal and the bulk of the coal comes from other coal mines around the region.. What's this area's bread and butter is soda ash, NG and soon lithium.. The only problem with Wyoming is that the BLM/Gubmint dictates and controls every aspect of mineral extraction in this state. As for the power plant, they just made a deal with the powers that be and acquired a 25 years extension on their permit, so they are solid coal customers for a very long time! POI Don't count Wyoming out, this solar farm is just 15 minutes from where I live and getting bigger every day Sorry wrong pic this one is the one under development.
You all dodged a bullet with Gillium, good gawd. He was absolutely nauseating. I guess Gwen Graham was too sane for them huh?
Not directly politically driven. Taxes and the perception of taxes is a driver for population loss. Now WY had I think 2/5 this of total coal production in the US. Coal demand has tanked is that one reason?
I have family that married Bubbas who live in Miss. When they come to visit I spend the first 24 hours teaching them to speak English again, did y'all know that?
