    Imagination? On the contrary, I did my homework on this place. It's been losing money since Trump announced his candidacy in 2015.

    The Doral is a fading resort. It's right under the flight path of the Miami airport, it is inland and nowhere near the beaches in the area, and in June it is hot, muggy, and buggy. Even the gators don't come out during the daytime. Plus, June is in the hurricane season.

    Even Trump can't decide if it's a great place or not:

    "In filings with the Federal Election Commission, Trump has consistently claimed high property values for his golf courses; in tax proceedings, however, Trump has generally claimed substantially lower values."

    It also needs fumigation, fresh paint, new carpets, and especially new beds.

    "In 2017, the resort settled a lawsuit from a guest whose back, face, and arms were bitten by bed bugs."

    Add to that the fact that the WH refused to divulge the names of the other 11 properties that were supposedly considered, and there's your corruption.

    He doesn't work for free, he gets paid and donates his earnings. He then deducts those donations from his overall taxes.

    Unless his charitable giving increased by the same amount of his earnings then it is still a net benefit to him.
    Even ignoring the public funds that have been driven to his companies — which is substantial — he is still not working for free.

    We taxpayers already pay to care and keep up the property at Camp Davd which seems PERFECT to host the G7 as it hosted the G8 in the recent past.Why should tax payers be burdened with additional profiteering costs to Dirty Donald when we already pay for Camp David?????

    He is also not playing golf, not adding to the deficit, releasing his tax returns and ending corruption.
    Are you really taking trumps word over the US constitution (of course you are — thats a hypothetical — I've seen your post history so I know you do. TDS is very real and very dangerous)

    We do, they are temporarily on hold until a wealthy democrat is in office.
    The deficit, family values, economic growth each quarter and corruption will also suddenly become issues again.
