Why dont you invite them in, give them soup, maybe talk to them?

A movie was made like this one time.

Good Point, of course anyone can, if they arent enforcing it then its open season, but most citizens wouldnt do something like that and Im bettting all of them do not want to be subjected to it.

SF is losing residents because of this. Instead of constantly excusing and encouraging it, they should actually try and do something about it.

Nuisance laws were created to assure behavior didnt get intolerable for the majoritty

San Francisco has a few but they are closed from 8 pm to 9 am. Use the streets when they are closed. https://hoodwork-production.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/story/image/13707/Pit_Stop.jpg

The EPA needs to start testing the run off from San Francisco's storm drains into the ocean. Then start levying huge fines for washing human feces into the sea.

Probably, that's where fish go. Not a city of humans. Liberalism =s dark age "plumbing".

They were done away with because of vandalism and cost of upkeep.

I can tell you there are around 9,700 homeless on the streets of San Francisco. That's a whole lotta feces and urine being washed into the storm drains and out to the ocean.
