    We finally got a response from Taylor beyond "Yes, that's what I said," and it is damaging for Trump.

    Basically, he explained why Trump was getting disparaged by Ukrainian officials and it had to do with the Trump suggesting that Crimea wanted to go back to Russia and that sentiment was "deeply offensive to Ukrainians."

    They're horrible... Taylor's brow is so scrunched up because he doesn't know anything about this stuff....

    This guy is super twitchy too...

    Why are there so many differences between R's and D's?? There must be something in the DNA which hasn't been discovered yet...

    That was a really interesting back and forth, whether objections should be raised based on facts not in evidence or leading or whatnot.

    I think Schiff was walking a fine line of basically letting the witness know that they were permitted to push back (or at least say that they did not know about those "facts") to the extent that they disagreed with the "facts" without permitting objections based on evidentiary issues.

    Actually it's an inquiry into having an investigation.

    1. The "announcement" was against corruption in general.
    2. Such an announcement wouldn't even be seen in the US
    3. The only reason we know about the investigation into Burisma or the anti-corruption announcment is Democrats leaking that information
    4. Ukraine is in no position to provide aid in a US election
    5. Burisma is corrupt
    6. An unqualified Hunter Biden somehow acquired a high paying position
    7. Joe Biden was the "point man" on Ukraine
    8. Running for office doesn't get you a pass on corruption from 6 & 7
    9. The same people screaming about investingating "political opponents" have been investigating political opponents with foreign country contributions for the last 4 years
    10. Congress does not have authority over the Executive branch, so telling them to pound sand has never been obstruction

    This is going to end in leftist tears.

    Is it the past corruption of Burisma, the highly unqualified Hunter Biden getting paid millions, his dad being the VP and "point man on Ukraine", or Joe Biden conditioning aid to the Ukraine on firing a prosecutor for investigating Burisma that drives that you think?
