American taxpayers will certainly be pleased to learn that their President will go as far as the Supreme Court to prevent the justice of the country he heads to look at his tax return.

Trump has lost all his appeals.

The Trumpsters, who demand the most transparency from politicians except when it comes to Trump or his family, will once again come up with the most absurd conspiracy theories to explain the POTUS' behaviour.

    --------------------------------------------------------

An appeals court has denied for the second time President Donald Trump's attempt to stop an accounting firm from turning over his financial documents to the House, making it the second tax case Trump's lawyers say they are taking to the Supreme Court.

Exactly where it should be decided. Does anybody have a problem with that?

Remember when Captain Von ****pants said he would release his taxes?

    That was funny.

If, like many other things related to Trump, he had not gone out of his way to be a duplicitous ****stick and had not lied constantly about **** related to this topic, he would not be in the place where he is.

Clearly, as noted by his admission of abusing his charity, he does what he can to avoid financial and tax related laws. He made a problem worse by his own actions, in my opinion.

Two types of people have problems with that:

1- The citizen who wants a President to respect his commitments

2- The citizen who wants maximum transparency from his President.

    The others are Trumpsters.

You don't care for any of these things. All you care about is to hopefully find more dirt on Trump. Right?

The obvious question that has been asked before:

If there is anything illegal in the tax return, would not the IRS have keyed in on it by now?

So is this just a matter of Trump coyly deflecting the resources of the Democrats into a meaningless pursuit?

Trump promised during his campaign for the presidency that the American people would, once the audit was completed release his tax returns for public viewing. Doesn't matter why someone wants to see it; maybe they've never seen how much (or how little) a millionaire pays in taxes. But he should follow through on his promise.

Conservatives couldn't give a toss about the stupid tax returns. The cockroach Dems want to use this for the next campaign and it's not going to work. His taxes, his taxes... go pound some sand.

mommy, he said he promised and now he won't show me............waaaaaah! geeze, please attack every other politician for their campaign promises that never came to fruition, at least this specific promise isn't a requirement to run for office, never has been. btw, you should know that all businessman & attorneys (which is what every prez was) uses loopholes to avoid paying taxes, it's the american way & the dems know this therefore they don't care about increases in taxes for programs because they don't pay any either...

get a grip, reality is surrounding you , even though you refuse to see it, it is there in plain sight...

    No problems with that,
    1. The citizen that expects a Presidents (never gonna happen) has the option to vote for someone who they think will better serve their needs.

He must comply with the judgments that have been pronounced against him by the courts of his country.

And I can't believe you would let him go to the Supreme Court to prevent him from handing over his tax returns, with lawyers paid for by taxpayers.

No American citizen should be compelled to release their tax returns. You may not like Trump, but that doesn't excuse this abuse of power. If you started reading our tax codes and lived to be 1000 years old, you still have no way of protecting yourself from those looking for a way to make you a criminal.

and who should the criminal be... the preparer, the tax attorney, the irs themselves for allowing it... it isn't the taxpayer's fault if the people charged with doing their taxes do so on the edge... go after them, afterall, they're the ones that know whats legit and what isn't...

The audit has been completed for almost 2 years now. What kind of "dirt" could there be in a tax return? If he didn't want to allow people to look into his taxes, why didn't he say during his campaign that he would not under any circumstances release his taxes for public scrutiny?? Why did he make the promise?
