My main points are .. 1. This was started by the Democrats as to if Obama is a legal citizen. 2. At the very minimum, his father was a loyal citizen to Kenya. It seems logical that Kenya can claim him as one of their citizens. However that is, I read that Kenya told him they would withdraw citizenship upon Obama reaching the age of 21 I believe or perhaps it is 22. In short, Kenya afforded him citizenship when born.

We must solve the dilemma created by the 14th amendment. It was never designed for citizens of other lands to automatically make citizens of other lands get forced into American citizenship. It was set up to make slaves living here citizens. Also the 14th has other purposes than what I named.

Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution
The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution was adopted on July 9, 1868, as one of the Reconstruction Amendments. Arguably one of the most consequential amendments to this day, the amendment addresses citizenship rights and equal protection of the laws and was proposed in response to issues related to former slaves following the American Civil War.Wikipedia

This is grotesque, get Obama of the teleprompter and he's almost as articulate as a sophomore running back and were it possible even more trite and hackneyed.
The one thing you could always count on with an Obama speech was the frequent often excessive appearance of the first person singular pronoun.

Is it true that Obama set the all time record of using the first person "I" in his speeches?

I don't know but it wouldn't be a surprise. There was never a president on my lifetime more unwilling to share the credit.

The web is littered with times that Obama broke down into a fumbling idiot when his Teleprompter quit. f "In this early example in 2009, notice how Wolf Blitzer makes up excuses for Obama. Contrast that to his attacks more recently on President Trump.

I call Obama presidid't and Trump President I did.

More signs Trump supporters have cult-like beliefs that do not align with reality.

Obama didn't have an adequate skill set to be an effective president while Trump does.

More evidence of the sycophantic nature of the left and their inability to accept reality as it is rather than as they wish it was.

"This election is not about the difference between two people.
It is about the difference between two futures!"
VP Candidate Mike Pence.... Grand Rapids, Michigan 12:05 A.M. November 8th, 2016

The United States is much better off after the shakeup that the country so desperately needed in 2016.

I would suggest that your perception of what has changed is the one that does not align with reality.

Yes, comparing modern day Progressive elites with the old Antebellum slaveholder mentality is spot on. Woodrow Wilson had his own personal slave for most of his childhood. And even had a release party for, "Birth Of A Nation," at the White House.

Many don't realize that about 12% of the slaves were owned by Northern Democrat businessmen by proxy.

In order to remove birthright citizenship you would need to pass an amendment which repeals the 14th.

Kenya recognized Obama as one of their citizens. But yes, the 14th Amendment structured for the benefit of the Slaves needs to be reworded.

No you would just interpret the laws as intended rather than as bastardized by the agenda driven left.

Quite True. Actually I made that same argument against myself when asked to seek the presidency over the Bay East Board of Realtors. I said, hold on, I have not served as Treasurer (was a member though of the correct committee) nor spent a year as the VP so why do you want me to now run for the office of President. I was promised a hell of a lot of support so I ran and lost the office. Later myself and other Brokers examined our own election and concluded it was the CEO who controlled all the Ballots at the Board who had changed ballots for those he wanted. He had the ballot box so took out voters ballots from envelopes to exchange them for what he wanted. We had butted heads many times and he grew to not like me at all.

This thread was like throwing raw meat to rabid dogs. LOL

And as predicted, Trumpers were foaming at the mouth to get their share.

You need to be on the list that Trump sends statements too. They are perfectly adult in nature.

This is an example from my today mail from the White House.

It’s Democracy — Not Trump — That’s on Trial on Capitol Hill

“Public impeachment hearings have begun in Washington, but nothing has changed. The Ukraine ‘rebound’ scandal simply follows from the Russia collusion probe as the latest front in a smoothly operating, taxpayer-funded, propaganda war of political intimidation: an attempt not only to undermine President Trump, but also to demoralize and break the will of those who voted for him,” Augustus Howard writes in the New York Post.

“Democrats, trying to ‘move on’ from the disastrous testimony of Robert Mueller, offer us a new cadre of government-insider witnesses, most of whose evidence would be laughed out of any courtroom in America.”

House Democrats’ real goal is to tell President Trump’s supporters that “those who dared challenge the permanent, elite government class — to know they can never win.”

First I am not a Trumper unless you admit to being an Obamaer. Do you admit that?

The best thing one can do to defeat Democrats is to show the public lurkers on message boards that the Democrats are completely wrong. I post for the lurkers and not the resident Democrats.

    entirely irrelevant to US law.

There is no mention of slaves in the 14th amendment. It quite specifically says all persons.
