This is Texas, where the black guy is alway guilty. So it would have been easy for the thug cop to have killed his girlfriend right after she had sex with her black lover. After all, the dan evidence would link the black guy to the killing and the cop lovers would cover for the thug cop eve if they had seen the cop kill the woman right before their very own eyes.

So, the lesson is that black guys should not screw white cops girlfriends in Texas or they will get bused for murder when the white cops kill the women. In the meantime just stay home and hope that a crazy white woman cop doesn't barge in and shoot you dead while you are relaxing watching tv and eating ice cream. Remember, you have no equal justice in Texas so don't expect any.

Maybe the racists who run the criminal justice system should stop being so racist when it comes to jury selection? Having a jury composed of lynch mob members isn't exactly having an impartial jury and a fair trial.

Therefore, it was an open statement and did not specify crimes. It could mean anything from not cutting your grass to blowing up all of NYC. BTW, not all States have the death penalty. And even in States that do, some counties impose it more than other counties for the same crimes. There are no uniform standards.

The jury system is what it is as we saw with the OJ trial. Jurors are often dumb ass type people. However, Reed was sentenced well over twenty years ago, so there must have been several appeals that reviewed the evidence, i.e., or the execution would have taken place years ago.

Reed was a suspect in the attacks on six other women and his DNA (semen) was found on the murdered woman. To claim the murder victim is a slut who "dated" Reed is beyond contempt. According to the liberal New York times the claim that the boy friend murdered the victim comes from a alleged confession provided to the police by an Aryan Brotherhood (AB) inmate. Hardly credible and if such a "confession" took place the purpose of the confession to the AB inmate may have been to score points with the AB. Where was this witness and any other witnesses for the past 20 years???

I notice that Reed is proclaimed innocent by liberals, rather than expressing a concern that he may be innocent. This is par for the course. Liberals are all about women's rights unless a white woman is raped/murdered by a black man. Then, there seems to be a knee jerk reaction that the black man is innocent as we see in this Reed case.

As a final comment calling (by inference) a murder and rape victim a "slut" is totally beyond contempt.

The saliva demolishes Reed's alibi of having consensual sex with her the day before... it absolutely demolishes it. This is why the lying MSM WILL not talk about it. I had to go to findlaw to find this information. It is not accessible via google search. You should also be aware that in his initial interview, he denied ever meeting or knowing her. Only AFTER being confronted with DNA evidence did he change his story. This was the same story he used in a different brutal rape which he got away with. After reading the actual facts, please don't pretend that that there is ANY question about this case, it is an insult to our intelligence. If you want to argue that white lives don't matter it would certainly be more honest.

 

There are no consistent standards for imposing the death penalty even in the States that have it. Some counties impose it far more than other counties.

DNA analysts have been found guilty of faking DNA results for years, all over the country. Lying is part of their job, especially when it can convict a black guy and cover for a killer cop. Execute everyone involved in the case.

 

We don't know how he was marked. Maybe he was marked by loss of an appendage. In which case his appeal to women might have been limited at best.

Any guy who picks up a cruising chick could be framed for rape and murder by a jealous boyfriend who kills her after she had consensual sex with the guy because the DNA evidence will implicate him and cover for the killer boyfriend. Have you or anyone you know ever been in that risky situation? Millions of guy put themselves in that danger every day. Usually nothing bad happens but it could and they would probably get convicted even though they are innocent.
