    "political favors" aka investigating apparent corruption

    "Mr. Trump’s rivals" aka US Officials apparently involved in corruption, who also happening to be running for office, (which is not a protection against being investigated for apparent corruption)

    "unsubstantiated claims" aka claims requiring investigation to substantiate

    "smear campaign" aka claims requiring investigation to substantiate

    "    unwilling to lead" aka being insubordinated

    No “investigation” otherwise the corrrect channels would have been used

    “Mr Trumps rivals”. Someone he should have been very careful about using the correct channels to investigate otherwise it would cross the line into an impeachable offence

    Unsubstantiated claims except for email trails, witness testimony, notes of conversations etc

    “Smear campaign”. = I don’t like the evidence you have that my hand was not only in the cookie jar but I am covered in crumbs

    Unwilling to lead = being loyal to country rather than Trump personally

    You are so far off base it's amazing.
    Trump ran on draining the swamp, it was a campaign promise. He is rooting out corruption, wouldnt you want to know if the former VP and potentially the next president is corrupt?

    The fact remains, Trump was doing his duty by investigating Biden. We have Biden caught in a very clear quid pro quo, so we have probable cause to go after him.

    This entire impeachment attempt is going to backfire in the faces of the democrats. There is no way they will gain from pencil neck Adam Schiff's circus.

    Exactly! Had Trump released false claims from Ukraine in order to promote his next election this would be way different.

    Unfortunately for the Dems and because of their obsession with Trump, they are forcing it all to go public before it was fully vetted. Also, we'll never know if Trump truly intended to use false information to win an election because the Dems were not patient enough to wait for the real smoking gun.
