So our Government, in the form of the NTSB, can recover data from an airplane that crashed from 30K plus feet in the air, exploded and was on fire on the ground and analyzed just fine to find out the story of what happened to that plane. But can't figure out how to do the same with a smashed or broken in half phone?

In the link, it states that the FBI said one of her aides remembers 2 instances where he destroyed her phone with a hammer or by breaking them in half.

But according to conspiracy theorists, that destruction of a phone is all it takes to ensure data can not be recovered. LOL, wtf?

Sure, when the primary is over, I'll support whoever is selected. I support America. And when I say almost anybody else, I mean I honestly can't think of anybody worse. Maybe... maybe.. the hobo down the corner yelling at satan in the bottom of a dumpster might be worse.... maybe. It would be a close run though.

I can agree with that. When you think hearsay is fact for example, you have diluted the value of facts by contamination.
We need to keep the line of distinction one of integrity and consistency.

So if I swear that I think I heard someone say that they were sure you were conspiring to overthrow the government, and in my opinion that might be possible- you would consider that "Evidence" of your guilt?

Funny how the standard of evidence shifts according to the target, influenced by the politics of the investigators or whatever you call the kangaroos in charge in congressional hearings.

Well, let's leave me out of it because that complicates it. But, yes, if you swore, under oath having heard that about somebody, it certainly would be evidence. Especially if the person you were talking about managed to prevent those closer to the source from testifying in the same way. It also depends on the fact that legal experts seem to agree.
