    Hill witnessed this as well.

Edit-Bolton had left the room in disgust earlier. Later on Bolton instructed Hill to talk to lawyers about what she had witnessed.

Yes, because people can't draw inferences from what people say and do! *LOL*

    Yup.

And that WHINING will never stop UNTIL the day after the Nov. 2020 Election (when Trump LOSES)...

Then, Trump (and his supporters) will be screaming "Voter Fraud"...

Completely PREDICTABLE Reaction (to this Report)...:salute:

    Witnesses vs Ukraine officials.

Ukraine publicly stated that they were unaware of the aid being frozen until after the phone call.

    You think so? *LOL*

"Not showing up" in response to a subpoena is not really a choice without consequences.

You know that the 5th is a reference to the US Constitution, right? And that you are still required to show up when given a subpoena even when you do not want to testify to information that is potentially incriminating, right?

Just to be clear, is the only way of proving that Trump demanded something is if trump said, "I demand?"

Are there any other alternatives in your mind?

Ukraine publicly said they were aware of the aid being frozen long before the aid was released and while the request for the announced investigation was still being made.

People can make all of the guesses that they want to.

Acting on those guesses makes them no better than lynch mobs or witch burners.

No new Harry Potter books this year, so you are stuck with Adam Schiff’s nursery rhymes

At least I'm taking the time to read it, even as you indicate, little new information so far..

Americans are outraged... those that can read are...

Page 26, but I'm also skipping around a bit

EDIT - I did get to one of my favorite lines from this episode... we'll make it a game... Who said this?

“We do that all the time with foreign policy.”

Why do you think only the testimony to the committee is relevant?

How are juries supposed to render a verdict if they can not draw a conclusion based on assumptions?

Exactly, it's the ramblings of crazy people with TDS, bring it on to the Senate who will bury this farce.

I also believe the testimony from those individuals being stonewalled by Trump - specifically Giuliani, Bolton, Perry, Pompeo, and Mulvaney - are also relevant.

And where did you read that? Because even Sondland, or was it Volker?, testified that Ukraine did not know about the aide being frozen until Politico released its article. The texts that Mr. Cummings released verified that.

    *LOFL*

Yes, the "presuhdint" putting the arm on Ukraine for help in the 2020 elections, and all of the witnesses agreeing that he did so is just nutty! Wow, so crazy!!!

Ya know, at the end of the day, while I can believe the Senate could find some justification to excuse the Aid for Investigation thing, I have a hard time believing they won't have serious doubts about condoning the blanket obstruction.

At some point, the Senate would like to be able to get Executive Branch witnesses as well...

For instance, I wonder how Lindsey would feel if Horowitz told him to stick it when asked to testify about his report next week (as an example)??
