This is an interesting turn of events.
I think he might have a shot at it if he lowers the amount to more reasonable levels.
I bet some leftists will be outraged that Zimmermann got to kill the kid and then sued his family for money.

He isn't going to get 100mil. And the false prosecution charge will get dropped. He went after NBC and that got tossed. His lawyer is saying defamation, abuse of civil process and conspiracy are what they're going for. I see this getting tossed too.

Zimmerman' attorney is just tossing spaghetti at the wall.

Lets hope he gets stuck paying exorbitant court costs for filing a frivolous law suit.

    Exactly.

The suit will get laughed out of court.

I don’t know, I wasn’t paying attention to that trial.
But I can tell that Zimmerman was definitely found guilty in the court of the mass media. Leftists jumped into calling him racist. He was the victim of a massive smear campaign.

Was he smoking, punking, or thieving when he was assassinated by a would-be mall cop?

He was casing houses for his next heist, and pulled his gansta act on George who luckily for him, was armed. I don't know if he was on dope at the time, but that's the kind of punk he was.

Zimmerman is a semi intelligent piece of human schiest who basicallly committed the moral equivalent of murder but a corrupt jury acquitted the piece of fecal matter. The dumb schiest prosecutor should have charged the Zimmerman POS with manslaughter since that would have been easier to convict.

Wow. You wrote an entire sentence about him without mentioning his color. I call that progress.

You do recall that his father lived in the complex, right?

A "punk" armed with Skittles? LOL!

I never do, it's your party that's into race hustling.

    So what?

Trayvon was pounding George's head into the sidewalk, not the Skittles, according to the pathologist.

Self defense isn't murder, this POS punk Trayvon left him bloodied and bruised. That's assault.

How was the jury corrupt? Are you just lumping words together?

Well, it’s not Zimmermans fault. If mass media wasn’t all over that court then maybe prosecutor would have used appropriate charges.

Martin did not leave Zim anywhere, Zimmerman left Martin dead.

The jury was corrupt in their conclusion that Zim was defending himself.
Zim was the aggressor in that Zim was the self styled neighborhood watch goon. Martin was walking back to his father's place and Zim started tracking him.

No he was attacking. It was found in the court of law to be killing in self-defense.

Are the courts just liars is the legal system a conspiracy?

That's his fault Fair attacking the man. Martin was left dead because Zimmerman engaged in lethal force in self-defense.

It's not murder that was found by a court of law.

If someone is stalking me as I walk along minding my own business, at some point I might decide to go on the offense.

    Wouldn't you?
