Nope. That's what you left-wingers are left with because you haven't proven and damn thing. All you have done is recited the same debunked crap from these anti-Trump witnesses who only voiced their personal opinion and presumptions.

    lol 'no U'

the individuals today are there expressly for their 'informed' opinion. They are constitutional scholars not there to decide upon the 'merits' of the testimony, but whether the Testimony amounted to Impeachable offenses.

That you (and others) keep saying that the people testifying today should be ignored because they are only offering their opinions and presumptions shows a complete lack of understanding as to the process, and what these folks were called today to do.

The people there today and all other prior witnesses only gave their personal opinions and presumptions.

The people there today were called expressly for their opinion. What about this do you not get?

    Turley voted for Clinton.

That must explain why he also believed that the conduct, as alleged and if found to be true, is impeachable, huh?

yeah....call it what you will. If he acts in his own defense, you call it "obstruction of justice". You've all been whining since 2016. Trump does the job for which he was elected. The Democrats in the House have not accomplished one thing.

Maybe you missed the clean up on isle 5.

Gordon Sondland can remember things so clearly now.

The U.S. ambassador to the European Union edited his testimony to congressional investigators and now recalls that he told Ukrainian officials they should announce anti-corruption investigations if they wanted to get the U.S. military aid they were promised. That’s according to a transcript of his deposition released Tuesday, which makes it clear that the targets of the investigation were meant to include the company that employed Hunter Biden, the son of one of President Donald Trump’s main political rivals.

Acting in his own defense would include permitting witnesses and documents.

    Edited his testimony? Really? LMFAO!

If it was so important, then why did he leave it out the first time?

    More made up BS!

In the phone call, trump did immediately respond to a mention of the javelins by requesting the favor. And as President, Trump had the authority to unilaterally prevent the sale of those javelins.

that's right, expand the probe into as many areas as possible. You're bound to find something. President Trump has been scrutinized for 3 years and still not a thing. Dems can't win in an election so they must find something.

Which never happened. In fact, Trump is the only one that has approved funding for them three times.

OMG, you didn't know that?? He "left it out" because he testified first, then Taylor and Morrison came in and said things that Sondland "forgot about"..

I'm not sure why this is still news...

No, this is still the same area - trumps attempt to bribe Ukraine and his subsequent obstruction of justice. Trump has ordered every current and former employee to keep their mouth shut and to not hand over any documents related specifically to those allegations.

Because he is a scared little corrupt moronic bitch. You know it. I know it. The world knows it.

Joe Biden targets Trump's Nato sore spot with video mash-up of mockery

Well, at least it was news to him

This is why people need to pay attention to these proceedings. *2cents*

I try to give people on both sides passes for missing "current news" on this impeachment... A lot is going on and it is hard to keep up.

I didn't really research "BarronGate" until this AM, even though I saw the Prof's apology yesterday. Never occurred to me to check out what she was apologizing for (and I'm glad I didn't bother at the time.... YAWN!)

But Sondland revising his statement was reported 1 month ago today (11/5)... Gotta be on top of that one...

Well, if someone is going to call the proceedings a "sham", and claim that the witnesses were either "lying", "hand-picked" or that their testimony is "opinion" or "hearsay" (*LOL*), you should probably know what their testimony is.

    Exactly.

But, Trump's Supporters only operate under one set of assumptions.

    Trump Good/Dems Bad. (On Loop).
