Again you show you think the only perople who can investigate the executive branch, is the executive branch. You should try reading the constitution sometime

Congress is not a criminal investigative body. Schiff is not a law enforcement officer. He obtained to phone records of the ranking member of his committee. And what about the free press here he is going after a journalist and even the attorney of someone he is going after. He needs to be brought before the House Ethics committee.

Serious question: how do you guys know that it was Nunes's phone records that were subpoenaed and not Parnas's? They'd show the same exchanges.

Yes, but will voters support reform? I have my doubts. I think voters will endorse the Democrats' continued march toward a totalitarian bananna republic.

And that will differ from Trump's moves toward a more authoritarian Executive how?

This from someone who has clearly never read what I've had to say about Obama since I supported his impeachment too. Gotta love it when Trump supporters sling the accusation of hypocrisy, not out of any actual concern for hypocrisy, but in order to justify their own hypocrisy. Too funny.

Schiff releasing the phone records of a journalist is way over the top. What is worse is that the MSM "journalists" seem to be alright with them.

This is a huge attack by the Government on the Press. Also, releasing the records of a lawyer. Schiff is a scumbag.

Man, you must have hated the release of Democrat emails. As far as the "lawyer" goes. His records were released as part of the impeachment inquiry findings and are directly pertinent to those findings. They call into question the notion that he was doing legitimate legal work for his client.

I'm honest not sure what you aren't understanding there.
So as long as WikiLeaks does it, it is okay?

    Strawman.

Did a Republican Congressional Committee leader obtain and release those e-mails?

Lol, you are honestly telling me that you aren't okay with Congress issuing subpoenas relevant to their inquiry but it is okay for a hostile intel org to release illegally obtained communications? Really?

You supported the impeachment of Obama. What impeachment and why did you support it.

I made a correct statement. Conclude what you wish.

Schiff if flushed with unbridled power and audacity. Time for a new Special Counsel to investigate the Dems attempted coverup of their collusion with the Ukraine and Russia in the 2016 election.

And it is time for the Senate to subpoena Eric Ciaramella's passport.

Since you're setting the parameters of the discussion as including false equivalencies, you must favor Russian hacking.

It would be too hard to just choose one.

Circumventing the Constitution to unilaterally institute taxes
    Circumventing Congress's spending powers
His proposal for one of the largest eminent domain abuses in US history
His threats to cut off all trade and travel along the southern border
His attempts to remove due process from refugees
    Calling Constitutional limitations "phony"
His threats to remove due process from gun owners
His numerous attacks on the First Amendment (the most egregious of those, admittedly, predate his Presidency)
His claim that the Constitution grants him the literal authority to do whatever he wants as President
His bat **** insane "interpretation" of Executive Privilege
His claim that he has the ability to pardon himself from his own crimes
I can keep going. I guess if I absolutely had to pick my favorite example, it would be . . . literally everything about his approach to trade

Both examples involve the release of personal information: one following legal procedures and one the result of illegal hacking. I asked you what you felt about it, and you won't answer. Wonder why.
