So far I've seen no evidence that there was any kind of unreasonable search and seizure. We don't even know if subpoenas were involved, as I pointed out.

Parnas is perfectly free to release his call records to whomever he wants to, for example. No subpoena is required if he gives it over voluntarily. Such records would show his calls to and from Nunes.

 

If true this creates a gaping hole in the Constitutional intent to prohibit warrant-less searches by the government vis-a-vis "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, .... against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause..."

Without an independent judiciary involved as the sole "finder of fact" (judge or jury) the process corrupts.

And that is why Schiff put those call logs in his fairytale. So a false narrative could be created.

Any supposition, inference or implication gleaned from documents released without sworn provenance, explained collection process or affidavit establishing chain of custody is meaningless. Frankly this isn't evidence, as presented.

I can see yawning gulfs in veracity in its presentation. The first thing that piques concern is the labeling of the supposed call logs. I see an odd format. These are offered as call-logs from AT&T. Number X called Number Y. How and who replaced the numbers with names? It erroneously implies as fact that named person x called and spoke with known person y.

The above alone suggests to me that we are seeing manipulated data if not complete fabrications.

Call-logs only show numbers connecting with numbers. I'd like to know how, and who, replaced the numbers with individuals.
