Partisan silliness and party line votes do not an impeachment make. The left can pretend, they can use their media to spout the party line, they can wring their hands and lament imaginary crimes and the destruction of the Republic but none of that changes the fact that this is simply one party's temper tantrum over a lost election and the idiotic notion that this abuse will only ever affect conservative presidents.

The Democrats seem to fear that the voters will meddle in the 2020 election.

lol, there is more than enough evidence here to convict if anyone other than Trump did this

and that is an actual conviction, this is just a about if he should keep his job or not

You cannot have a rational argument with someone who (a) doesn't understand what "evidence" is, and (b) absolutely refuses to read, understand or consider the actual evidence.

Lol you pick one minor house Bill to make fun of while leaving the important major ones out of your post deliberately.

Thank you for proving my point that Trump goes out of his way to mislead and show lack of respect for American people on just about everything including his "Do nothing House" comments. So..
Lets correct your horsecrap:. The Republican leaders in the Senate refused to pass almost all House Bills for Since 2016 deliberately. There are 290 of them.
"The list of stalled bills includes both major and minor legislation: healthcare reform; climate change; food safety; financial aid for the U.S. Postal Service; a job security act for wounded veterans;; vision care for children"

And the bar for impeachment has been lowered.

When you get impeached for being a Republican it's no longer a humiliation, it is a badge of honor.

He must be the right man for the job because he upsets the seditious Democrat enemy to such a degree.

The domestic enemy hates him therefore he is the best guy for the job.

Thank you once again democrats for discrediting yourselves.:applause:

Once again switching the subject because Harry Ried has nothing to do with Trumps lies to the American People.
And you went nuts and out of your mind and resorted to only showing one of the minor Bills in the 290 without out being honest and showing the mix of both major and minor bills. You have completely proven my point that Trump falsely calls the House "do nothing" which shows his contempt for American people. There were 290 House Bills that the Senate failed to look in to and Trump went out of his way not to mention. that.

    Impeachment has been made.

    Source: Last Wednesday.

And no, Democrats are not afraid of the voters. The voters are the reason they had the mandate to hold trump accountable.

No, the fear demofrats have is to allow the guy that just tried to cheat in 2020 go into that election without at least being held to account for his cheating efforts.

Your comparisons are in outer space. Harry Reid has been gone since 4 years ago he is not a current office holder but Trump is.. Harry Reid was never a President. The office of speaker doesn't even come close to the power and clout of the Presidency duh!.. Harry Reid didn't lie to the American people by referring to the House as do-nothing. My post was not complaining about the number of bills the current Senate refused to look into and bring to a vote. There was only on reason I mentioned the fact that the Republican senate held back 400 votes. because the 2 faced president ignored the fact that the House passed the 400 bills while at the same time called the Democrat House a "do nothing congress

I corrected the link I originally posted by accident which proves my point even further.
    https://www.vox.com/2019/11/29/20977735/how-many-bills-passed-house-democrats-trump
"Trump may want to look to the Republican-controlled Senate instead. Democrats in the House have been passing bills at a rapid clip; as of November 15, the House has passed nearly 400 bills, not including
resolutions. But the House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee estimates 80 percent of those bill have hit a snag in the Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is prioritizing confirming judges over passing bills."

This is one of many ways that Trump uses mis-information and dis-information tactics, He treats the American People like Trash while at the same Time works hard to make democrats look like crap using lies, propaganda and pure B.S...

They did their duty, as will the Senate. There is no crime, this sham is a disgrace, and it will cost progs the House. You folks will whine how everyone else is wrong, but you'll still lose, just like Hillary...

Meanwhile a record number of House GOP are retiring from politics altogether, nearly half of those in districts that are competitive, because no one wants to be an elected Republican right now.

There have been 20 "pure" retirements from House GOP members in 2019 alone. These are folks who are leaving political office altogether, not just trying to run for governor or senator.

By contrast, in 2017-2018, there were a total of 23 pure GOP retirements, with 13 in 2017. And that election cycle was a record breaker for Republicans. And we are currently at ~50% faster pace for pure retirements - despite there being objectively fewer potential folks that even could retire.

Why not. Republicans have more going for them in decades. For the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would want to be Democrats with the policies I hear coming from the contender's mouth. It sure isn't the Democratic Party of our fathers or the one I use to belong to.

The news people put him in that position. Trump didn't believe Putin, but what was he to say after Putin told him he didn't interfere and there they were sitting side by side and the news people asked if he had told Putin to back off messing with our elections? Was he to call Putin a liar? If you remember, he was trying to get China and Russia to enforce the boycott against N. Korea to force Kim to get rid of their nuclear weapons. The boycott wouldn't work without their cooperation. Calling Putin a liar would have done nothing to gain Putin's help.

But lets just say he does believe him over our intelligence. Would he have a reason to believe our intelligence could be wrong? Well Bush started a war with Iraq because his intelligence told him Iraq had WMD. The head of the CIA stated that the different intelligent agencies differed on the weapons Iraq had and what they were trying to attain , but all agreed Iraq had WMD.

I just told you why not, but I would start by noting that this is absolutely not the Republican party of even 5-10 years ago, let alone your father. It is a party that solely revolves around Trump. The man who just got impeached because he tried to cheat in the 2020 election.

And that is why no one wants to be an elected Republican. They are retiring from politics at a historic pace. The Democrats have a more diverse field of qualified candidates and their base is more politically motivated. Democrat opinions of disapproval against Trump are harder than the opinions of support for Trump amongst Republicans.
