A war is fought on many areas. Why did you fight a war only we profited from?

 

No, we did not. They don't want us there anymore today than they did yesterday. We need to acknowledge that Bush screwed the pooch on overthrowing Saddam. And that Clinton/Obama exacerbated the problem further by spreading it to Syria and Libya. A big giant "me bad" and go home and let them sort it out. No one in this administration or previous administrations or in the media, think tank or on this board has any clear path on how America can accomplish peace in the Mideast.

 

You are quick to brag about a weapon that

1) has never gone into production
2) has never been used in combat
3) despite what you claimed about traveling 500 mph, actually travels at HALF that speed. Look it up.
4) It is considered a short range weapon. So talking about the "30 mile range" is meaningless.

 

Because we are idiots. Europe and asia needs the mid east, we don't. Let them pay for it.

 

Americans don't just fight for simple profits. Only a truly morally disgusting nation (as apparently Germany is) does.

 

It has not even been tested in actual conditions. And to think that one torpedo without striking a carrier will totally disable it. And that they are the only country that has one.

By the reasoning you've repeatedly used in this forum then, Germany is responsible for the U.S. wars against Iraq then.

Because U.S. tanks largely used German 120 mm guns to blast their way through the Iraqi Army.

Nothing to do with profits. We just had reunion. All nations dropped reparation demands but yugoslawia not. Klaus Kinkel, travelled there to achieve a solution. Yugoslawia demanded reparations. When back in Germany, Kinkel reported to Kohl. The Yugos demanded hundreds of billions. This would have ruined us.
