I have never made such a claim. In fact, I clearly stated that I had serious doubts about the authenticity of the reports given by an Iranian media outlet (FARS news, the equivalent of FOX news in the US) citing an anonymous source within Iran's revolutionary guards.
I don't doubt it one bit. There has never ever been an single engine failure on any 737 that took down the plane. The 737 has been around over 50 years. There has been a couple of incidents whereby one engine fell completely off the plane and the planes flew and landed safely with only one engine. This plane was almost new....only 3.5 years old. I've flown on UIA several times and possibly on that very plane. UIA keeps their planes maintained well and has never had an fatal incident since the company was formed. Since the plane performed as it should climbing to almost 8,000 feet at the correct speed, whatever happened was so sudden and so violent that a fuel tank was punctured AND all communications were lost instantaneously which means antennas were destroyed. If an engine caused the antennas to be destroyed, that will be a historical first as would be a fuel tank puncture. I don't buy it. And of course the Iranians don't want to turn over the black boxes. Even if they did, if coms were cut to the boxes, they wouldn't tell us anything anyway. I think the Iranians screwed up. It was still dark after all and they just lobbed a bunch of missiles into Iraq so their air defense was surely trigger happy.
Ukraine not ruling out terror as cause of deadly plane crash in Iran https://nypost.com/2020/01/08/ukrai...error-as-cause-of-deadly-plane-crash-in-iran/
My gut feeling is that after they shot off the missiles and not knowing what Trump's response would be, their air defense system was put on high alert and some how targeted this airliner.
Perhaps. It does seem coincidental though that so recently the Iranian news agencies were all drumming up furor over the 1988 incident...
that's my thought as well, which I assume can eventually be proven assuming evidence can be collected and its given the proper analysis. Could make it interesting for canada, lots of canadians on that flight. But then again canada is a pretty friendly, laid back country, I assume if they are told it was an accident they will just say "no problem eh"
I did some snooping! Guess who owns Ukraine International Airlines, none other than the mega criminal Ihor Kolomoisky and it was going bankrupt - probably through some creative accounting to blackmail Ukraine for money. Could an Israeli mole have planted a bomb in the plane? Of course, after all to Kolomoisky's credit there is the bombing of the people of Slaviansk with White Phosphoros, the burning and hacking of 200 protesters in Odessa, the involvement in the downing of MI7, a private army that specializes in killing Russians in Ukraine, etc., etc. Kolomoisky has close connections with Israeli's security apparatus, so did he coordinate the downing of the plane to blame Iran, while at the same time fleecing the insurance company. I wouldn't doubt it! https://112.international/ukraine-t...-zelensky-save-uia-from-bankruptcy-45290.html
It depends, a El Al 747 once crashed in Amsterdam during take off, when one engine broke free but still was running and leaped right into the aircraft itself. So in a very specific take off scenario it would be possible but very unlikely. I suppose a bomb, but must have been a big one, because it caused sudden desintegration. Normally aircrafts dont fail all at once.
On social media:: https://twitter.com/BabakTaghvaee/status/1215259840504848384 #BREAKING: I just spoke to someone who had heard to small explosions in #Parand before crash of #Ukraine Intl Airlines Flight #PS752. According to what he said & the 2nd image which I have received, it seems #IRGC mistook #PS752 with a #USAF fighter jet & shoot it down by Tor-M1! https://twitter.com/BabakTaghvaee/status/1214974920263979009 … Naomi berg @NBJacobssonn 8h8 hours ago #Ukrainian #UkrainianPlaneCrash #IranAttacks #MissileAttack Many local people in #Iran #Parand and #Shahriar have witnessed and tweeted about hearing 3 massive shooting sound from the Army base close to #Parand , 2 of them hit the plane https://twitter.com/janam_fadaye_ir/status/1214896943111004161 …
Iran is smart not to hand over the black box because Ukraine would manipulate it in some way so as to blame Iran. I mean look at the way they manipulated the shootdown of the airliner in Ukraine so as to blame Russia.. After so many years of lies, a Ukrainian whistleblower has just made a documentary proving that Kiev and the British MI6 was behind the shooting down of the Malaysian airliner in Ukraine. I could have told them that. First of all they lied and said the Buk was brought in from Russia, when the Vineyard of the Saker said a few days before the plane was shot down, that he couldn't understand why Kiev sent 4 Buks to the Donbas.
Hey Jeannette, this isn't the Islamo-Nazi sympathy thread. That last picture above is the plane's vertical stabilizer. You see how much soot is on it? Do you have a clue how that happened? It's because the whole *******ned plane was a massive fireball. Engine my ass. @Sobo The video above showing the plane.....the flame you see isn't coming from a single engine, it's the whole plane. Nor does the video show the moment the fire started, which is likely when a missile hit the plane.
Pentagon Officials: Iran Shot Down the Plane with Surface to Air Missile https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/10703616/iran-plane-shot-down-missile-pentagon/ https://www.businessinsider.com/ukrainian-flight-752-shot-down-by-anti-aircraft-missile-2020-1 https://www.newsweek.com/iranians-shot-down-ukraine-flight-mistake-sources-1481313
From the Sun link above: Ukraine's Tehran embassy initially blamed engine failure but later removed the statement, saying it could not officially comment on the cause until after a probe. It also abruptly removed a line from its statement excluding a terrorist attack or missile strike. ••••••••••••••••••••••• So it wasn't just the Iranians claiming a technical failure causing the crash. Doubtful we'll ever know for sure. Seems like no one is making too big a deal of it, though. I saw earlier where the plane was delayed in taking off due to Iran firing it's missiles and that clearance had only been given a couple hours afterwards.
And the debris are scattered over a wide area unlkike a normal crash, which could indicate it was blown off.
Edmonton estimate that they lost 1% of their iranian diaspora in that incident. It's no laughing matter. Also Canada as severed diplomatic ties with Iran for a while now.
You have no credibility except for making up fantasies. "The incident has similarities to the 2014 downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over eastern Ukraine. All 298 passengers and crew on board flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur were killed on July 17, 2014, when a missile shattered the Boeing 777 midair, sending debris and bodies raining down onto farms and fields of sunflowers. The jet in 2014 was shot down by a Soviet-made missile over rebel-held eastern Ukraine, about 25 miles from the Russian border, where fighting had been raging for months between Ukrainian forces and Russian-backed separatists." Iranian missiles couldn't mess-up one American hair, but one of them most certainly took down that jet and killed 176 people. And this is what we are supposed to fear will annihilate America. The worm, Iran? A little reality, please.
They said the airspace was blocked by iranian air control. Lufthansa and Emirates diverted their aircrafts. Only the Ukrainian Air aircraft had a take off. MAybe communication problem?
I am currently listening to communist leftie radio talking head Tom Hartman actually blame President Trump for the plane going down.
