Around the time of WWII the German government was organized by an economic and labor system that advocated certain features in order to gain competitive advantages in the world race, business and industry and the quality of life. A guide to the best human form for work and living was distributed to wedded couples under the rule of Adolf Hitler that encouraged a way of life that would maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of business quality and production.

According to business best practices and maximized productivity, lifestyle habits of people who evolved and survived most successfully included: daily abundant water intake, a vegan diet, frequent communication to other employees, acting in a way to produce the best outcome and avoiding abusive alcohol intake or excessive time spent at the gymnasium.

Other favorable traits included: clean dress and appearance, livelihood and good health and energy. Skilled workers were not out on the street as frequently as unskilled workers. When on the street, workers lacked productivity, which consequently negatively affected livelihood. Lack of livelihood could often be characterized by going on strike and insecurity. Healthy and energetic creatures were more fit for more heavily populated cultures and cities than secluded, poorer areas.

If less mistakes were made in business, quicker, more efficient and better quality product outcomes would be attained. Accuracy, full awareness, concentration and socialism were important to prosperity. Although lying was one of the most common problems associated with the lifestyle of a German worker around the World War II time frame, moral elevation and purity were favored during the workday.

Hitler was also a believer in God and the genius of youth and foundation of knowledge coming from creative ideas that are developed during childhood. He illustrated his idea of sudden terror in the workplace and how to evolve through. The best practices that he associated with successful businesses proved to be effective during the WWII era and some are still able to be carried over to present day today.

Hitler's goal was for Germans (at least those of 'desireable' genetic ancestry) to dominate the world. This necessitated policies that, at least in the short term, promoted German excellence over the rest of the world. In such a scenario, authoritative command and control structures can demonstrably benefit society.

However, as is always going to be the case, those command and control structures turned out to be detrimental in the long run, as Hitler turned into (or turned out to be) a megalomanical psychopath that commanded and controlled the society (and all those around it) to total destruction.

Better to let folks choose their own path, even when many of them will choose poorly.

More like who is that? It's been a while, not sure if it is D.W. Deming or W.D. Deming. He was always after the U.S. automakers (and other businesses) for quality control but they dismissed him because after WW2 we were the only industrialized nation left on the planet. If you wanted a car or any automobile, you had to buy it from the US, so why bother with quality? Deming was sent to Japan as a part of the rebuild there. He set up Japan's automobile manufacturing plants. In short, he is the reason Japanese automobile manufacturers began to dominate the US automobile sales in the US and still do to this day. Interesting read this guy.
