There a whole lot of Train songs in Rock and Roll.
I never stopped to wonder why.Not too many Rock n Roll songs
regarding bicycles or little red wagons.Little Red Rooster ... maybe.

As a Kid growing up in Cleveland in the 50's and 60's
there was Captain Penny. It was kids show and Captain Penny
wore a railroad engineer outfit. He played my favorite Tv shows
Little Rascals and Three Stooges plus cartoons.
He ended each show with this gem :
" You can fool some of the people all of the time and all
of the people some of the time BUT You Can't Fool Mom. "

According to the internet, we get about 3.5" of snow each year.

My best guess is that we got about 15" last night.

Watched 1917 - very disappointing clumsy historical revisionism.

Where is that light coming from. Can't be the truck because the doors are
    snow shut.Plus it's an older model vehicle { chrome side mirrors }
that doesn't have the newer auto-start from outside the vehicle.
Maybe the light is a reflection off whatever outdoor light was used to
take the picture.Or a Flash off the camera reflecting off a side turn signal.

Am going to finish - Joker - tonight.I need a couple stiff drinks and
a good cigar to watch my Movie of the Week.
Thus far the first half of the movie is interesting but No Cigar.
    Nothing to write home about.I didn't care for - Dunkirk - { 2017 }
    I am also going to finish - Stalag 17 - { 1953 } tonight.Now that's a
    war movie.
I bought Tom Berenger's - Battle of the Bulge - and will watch this weekend.
WUNDERLAND ... The last great European battle of WWII.

Thanks for the heads up. I went to see Little Women with my wife a few days ago (Yes, I may be the only man in the country who will admit to this. No, I am not going to turn in my Man Card.).

I would rate it 3.5 stars out of 4. It was difficult to follow at first because of the shifting times frames and my unfamiliarity with the plot. I haven’t read the book or seen any of the previous movies, which is hard to believe considering that I have three adult daughters. There is a plot twist at the end that’s very clever, but I won’t give it away here. And it is a miscarriage of justice that Greta Gerwig was not nominated for Best Director.

Had to STOP the movie 3/4 ths the way thru. Not because of some
violent acts. But because it may be a signal. There are just TOO many
signals. That the Joker says he's Not political. Why even go there.
That the city is protesting a Mayor ... which IS political.
That this is what some have speculated on.To create a mass movement
where The Rich are Killed.Which was a Radical Leftist meme behind
    - Occupy Wall Street - and also BlackLivesMatter.
What better way to extract and popularize this meme than to make
a Movie { Academy Award Nominated } as a vehicle to disrupt the
average normal American Via a Popular Movie which APPEARS to
have major support with a wide audience while also making it acceptable
and mainstream. Why this Movie now and why the title - JOKER -.
    In short ... I SMELL A RAT !
This Movie CANNOT have any redeeming value.Nor do many Horror
Movies or slasher movies. However this Movie is attempting to Normalize
this aberrant mindset in the name of a character who has conflict in his
life. Most Americans have had conflict in their life.I believe this movie
is setting the stage for Indoctrinating a very disturbing radical trend
among The most Impressionable in our Society.I think this Movie
was intended to do just that. With Robert De Niro helping along.
De Niro was never Political until Trump was elected.

On the bright side you avoided shelling out $40 to watch agitprop in a theater.

If I go to a movie theatre it's in the afternoon and at a matinee
discount.I don't cotton crowds and paying full price.I'm old school.
I like getting my monies worth. Then why the premium cigars,Red Wine
    and Cognac.? Because I can.
I learned well the life of dire poverty in College.I lived in poverty
my last 2 years in college.
