You operate under the presumption that Trump will refuse to comply with any subpoenas supplied by the Senate.

Evidently never is preferable to 3 years later.

Doesn't matter if he does or doesn't. If he doesn't, the court decides. That is the process the dem clown show didn't want to do.

To me it like playing a game of Monopoly, going over the rules with your opponent then when they have to play you rent they balk..

We've told them since day 1 not to do impeachment because the numbers aren't in their favor apparently they weren't listening because it seems that fact just now dawned on them imo

They are currently in front of the courts. The Don McGahn case is at the Appellate Level. When will Trump listen to a binding ruling from the courts?

November 2016 polling was still showing that Trump would lose to Hillary.

Yeah, I'm really sorry that Biden is the strongest candidate Dems could muster for 2020. They had to distract their base away from their candidates with something like, oh I don't know, impeaching the sitting president to try to influence the outcome this November. It's their best hope.

The Don McGahn case is currently the most advanced decision on this matter. It is currently at the appellate level and there is zero reason to believe that March will get a decision for which the Trump administration will listen.

My guess would be, "When the court hands down a binding ruling."

Every single previous Impeachment Trial before the Senate included new evidence that was not considered before the House.

Yes, it is preferable that President Trump never abuse the power of his office by pressuring a foreign government into announcing an investigation against his domestic political opponent.

You're saying he waited 3 years to start exposing the swamp for what it is? Seems to me like he's doing a great job ripping the masks of the likes of Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler. At the same time, I believe there is work going on into whats'up with Brennan, Clapper, Comey and their ilk.

2018 demonstrates that Democrats did not need any one candidate to defeat Trump. He lost ~390 seats in a single midterm election despite "being on the ballot."

Do not blame Democrats for Trump being more scared of Biden than you are.

So the House dropped all their other subpoena's and now want a do-over in the House. They never subpoenaed Bolton. Now they say they need it to prove their case. What case?

Trump did not delay the military aid to Ukraine in 2017 or 2018. When did Biden's allegedly corrupt action take place and why would Trump need to wait until after Biden launched his own presidential candidacy before really investigation that alleged corruption?

It's very common for a President to lose seats to the opposing party during midterm elections.

I'm not blaming Democrats for anything, except poorly executed political strategy and tactics. Trump is looking fairly strong right now for 2020.

People see through the partisan impeachment charade and will be voting on issues. Dems won't be able to hide their candidate from the public, once nominated.
